    Omg.... i just made them.... first of all, they are literally THE BEST blondies I've ever tasted. They have the perfect sweetness, texture and flavour. They haave a nuty under-flavour thanks to the butter and you definitely feel the white chocolate. I added chopped almonds and loved it. THANK YOU!

    i did tried this recipe, it tasted so good. things you guys need to watch out from this recipe take a medium size saucepan to melt the butter, cz it does overflow while you stirring 2nd is when you bake it start to check the Blondies after 18 mintues or so cz if you let it too long it'll be harden so watchout these things... i loved the flavor of this recipe.. thank you for sharing this recipe much love 💝💝💝

    I'm planning to make these, they look amazing! But I like a bit of peanut flavour in a blondie - what are your thoughts on adding a little peanut butter? If so, what quantity would you advise, and when would you add it? Thanks.

    • @lucieanne18
      @lucieanne18 6 років тому

      Toby Selwyn hi I make these regularly, I love adding things such as jam or Nutella which I dollop on top and swirl around before baking, maybe try that?

    • @tobyselwyn
      @tobyselwyn 6 років тому

      Thanks Lucie. I actually got around to making them yesterday and added 50g of crunchy peanut butter just before adding the flour mixture (melted in microwave slightly first to mix in more easily). It worked quite well, just gave a hint of the peanut flavour without dominating.
      And learned a lesson the hard way - don't use a plastic mixing bowl, the brown butter is too hot and melts it instantly! I'm sure no one else would do something so silly, but a warning just in case, lol.
