there is a lot of mission duplication going on which happens to pass missions instantly or after a deathwarp or police bust the rampages, replays and submissions are tools to achieve the duplication of missions

to load vehicle models, makes it easier to get trashmasters and mr whoopees in portland and later on it's to help prevent crashes from duped vigilante in portland/staunton

Talking about 5x vigilan te on portland, why you had to pass it with 6 kills instead of 4?
when you're in the cop car and a criminal dies, he only counts 1x, you need to be on foot for a criminal to count for more
