Also happy to see Ultima, here. I showed it to my mom, a Holo Taco Rainbow Snow fiend, and she fell in love right away. I swear she uses it every week.🥲
I've never clicked so fast on a video lol. Sad this is the last one. Wow "Ultima" is gorgeous! I would guess silver holo is the favourite way to wear silver in the community. My favourite way to wear silver is a silver stamping polish over black - oh my gosh it's amazing! I love "Full Scream Ahead" - I think that was my first Mooncat. I think it's great for both Halloween and winter.
Oooh I never even thought of stamping polishes. Thats a really cool effect over black! Yeah I’m tempted to reach for Full Scream Ahead this winter. It was so nice!
Preference for silver or gold polish is probably like preference for silver or gold jewelry, right? I started getting more into polish a little over a year ago, but it was quickly clear that I was finding bright polish so satisfying because it was taking the place of rings, which I find challenging to wear (they physically get in the way). Not a problem with polish! And because I naturally gravitate towards cool tones and sterling silver, silver polish is a natural fit for me. Do you think something inverse might explain your attraction to gold polish? Reasoning out personal preferences is always interesting 😊 I only have one bottle of gold (which was just recently acquired during holiday season-I know I can figure out a use for it as an accent), but six silvers! 😅 One is an old OPI silky smooth chrome that I've had for probably over a decade (still really great), the rest are more recently acquired boutiques and indies. I have all my basics covered now, enough for a full skittle worn in December, which I absolutely loved so much that I re-topcoated and wore for about 12 days total! Blingy silver metallic foil on the thumb, silver magnetic cat eye on the index, silver linear holo on the middle, silver holo glitters on the ring, and a silver shimmer (with a brushed metal appearance) on the pinky. Brought me a lot of joy. But I know what you are saying about having your staples, and not really needing any more beyond that. I think I've reached that point now, but the one in your list here that got me thinking that I will look out for is a silver glitter with additional reflective glitters. I'm not a huge fan of the grit of reflectives, but I can definitely make an exception if the focus is all silver. Thank you for sharing! 💅 I've appreciated this series a lot, made me think about colors in a different way
I don’t have a lot of silver either. I like the color but it’s rarely full mani worthy for me! My all time favorite is an old one from Sally Hansen called Metal Iced. It’s a satin finish and makes a great base for other silver polishes that need a boost. I’m also a big fan of KBShimmer Hexy Bikini but it’s squarely in the accent nail camp for me. It’s soooo blingy!! I think the only other silvers I have are Julie G Silver Bells and Rogue Santa’s Shattered. I’m counting the Rogue as a silver because that’s the predominant color to my eyes.
I think I need the Morgan Taylor silver and INLP Mega(s)! I pulled out Tinsel by Londontown (lakur)…not for a full mani but it is so sparkly and bright! Tfs 🫶🏾
I have Zoya Trixie, but I don't really like it on my nails other than in nail art. I have a few silver toppers (metallic flakies, magnetic, linear holo, holo flakies and holo glitter). I am not a fan of silver or gold polishes as a full mani. However, some of these polishes made me want to try again, especially ILNP Rosewater. I love a pink/red shifty shimmer.
I have asked this before and most people find them on Instagram and Facebook. I don't have social media so I feel like I will just never have that chance.
I shop Instagram destashes mostly. Here’s a link to mine and if you check out who I’m following you’ll find lots of other destash accounts as well. instagram.com/raesdestash?igsh=NXV3aWM5a2hsaGty&
I'm not especially drawn to silvers, but there's something so magical about a silver with contrasting shimmer.
Yesss! It feels very ethereal!
I have the ILNP Mega L and it’s gorgeous ❤tfs
ILNP is just all around amazing and Mega is just so special.
Nobody does a linear holo like ILNP ❤
Yes I know they’re known for lots of finishes now but that one takes the cake!
I just bought Alicia yesterday! Zoya was having a 10 for $25 sale. Glad to know it’s a winner.😁

I hope you love it too! I think it’s so pretty!
Starrily Ultima is the star of the show. My goodness!
I agree!
ILNP Mega S and Rosewater. Mooncat is on it's way, I was resisting getting it, but finally caved in
Yay! I hope you love it!
I have a lot of silvers and I just bought another one a week ago. I also only wear silver jewelry. Never gold jewelry, occasionally gold nail polish.

ILNP Rosewater is so pretty! I love ILNP and with the size of their back catalog, it is sometimes hard to find the hidden gems
I agree! I haven’t bought from them in a while because I just don’t know where to start. 😅

Alicia is my favorite silver, because of the gold shimmer. It almost makes it kind of champagne-y, and makes it so interesting and pretty!
I agree 100%! That’s what makes it so very special.
I don’t own any silver polishes. I’ve not been drawn to them until I watched this video. The ILNP linear holo, oh my, but the Wildflower, Wow! ❤
Wow! Thats so interesting! They can certainly be beautiful will a little something added in!
As a fan of silver, I love them all! ❤
Do you have a favorite silvers video George? I’d definitely be interested in seeing that. You have some incredible ones I. Your collection!
@ I don’t yet but will do at some point. Thanks x

Ooh Hexy Bikini is good! I wear it as an accent as well. It’s very sparkly! And I remember that Rogue catching my eye when it released!
I love hexy bikini too!!
I love both diver and gold. I’m lucky that both work on my skin tone. Thank you ❤
You are very lucky. Thanks Catherine!
I love silver polish, so can never have too many. I only had Zoya Alicia but added ILNP Rosewater & Mooncat Full Scream Ahead to my wish list.
Mooncat deathstar is my favorite. Silver magnetic and holographic????!!!! I’m thinking of buying a backup.
Wearing ILNP Mega right now! I actually have all 3 of them and they are all so good but Mega X is the premier silver holo in my opinion!
Oooh good to know! And great pick for January!
I think I need the Morgan Taylor silver and INLP Mega(s)! I pulled out Tinsel by Londontown (lakur)…not for a full mani but it is so sparkly and bright! Tfs 🫶🏾
Great picks! I love a sparkly bright silver!

Oh if we included silver toppers I would have had to do top 20. I love a sparkly silver toppers! Rosewater is beautiful! Thanks Sara!
you mentioned you purchased the starrily polish in a destash. where do you find destashes? im new to this and curious...
