Some people will claim violation of their privacy. But if you are taking drugs under orders/direction from a medical professional, you just present the prescriptions for those drugs. It is the self medicated ones that make the violation of their privacy.
There was a woman where I worked. She got hit with a random drug test (might not have been random to be honest). I was one of the people also selected to take this random drug test. She claimed violation of her privacy. She ended up quitting. It turned out she had been doing drugs. While the company never admitted it, we never had another random drug test for as long as I worked at that company.
