I live in New England where are four seasons are distinct and yet each one is so beautiful. My favorite season goes back to when I was in school and that is summer because I didn't need to study. You made me so nervous when you said the thought came into your head that maybe you wouldn't do a floss tube at all, but then followed it with 'maybe once a month or once every three weeks. I love love love your posts. Your voice and your being 'real', just being yourself, is soothing and enjoyable and I learn so much. Thank you and please keep up the good work.
Do the pace you feel the most comfortable, we'll watch whenever you decide. I use to watch two floss tuberers 5 years ago. They both put out a video at least once a week. I couldn't imagine how they did it. Instead of slowing down the pace, both of them got burned out and disappeared within a months of each other in that summer. I was heartbroken and hoped they were ok. I so enjoy watching your videos and have learned so much from you. The best thing I learned is that i can have as many wips in progress as I want. Why didn't I think of that! I stopped stitching years ago because I got bored working on only two wips at a time. Now I have 20 I work on whenever I feel like thanks to your tips! I love watching to see what fabric and floss colors you choose on your projects! Love to hear you talk and see the progress on all your wips. Wishing you many blessings.

I rarely comment on floss tube videos but I felt compelled to share this with you. I went along with all stitch alongs I could find, wipcos you name it I was there. I lost my desire to stitch!! I almost threw everything in the trash. Only because my husband said just do what you feel like doing am I still a cross stitcher today!! Just do what you feel like doing. I love watching you. Your stitching is beautiful.

I have only watched 20 minutes of your floss tube and just had to comment. How sad that it is nothing but joy for you. Don't let people put you in a box. I think you are just enjoyable enough that people miss you but don't let that pressure you. I am not a floss tuber myself I just enjoy watching all of you and your content. Hi Vicky! I agree with you whole heartedly I've tried a couple of different stitching schedules, but in the end I just want to stitch what I feel like stitching at any given moment in time. I love your phrase "arbitrary all the time". That is so me. I also choose to go where my crafting takes me and have several other types of crafts that I enjoy working on. Flosstube is just enjoyable for a stitcher, it introduces me to patterns I might not have been exposed to. When your sharing is too much for you, take a break. Unless you’re hoping to support yourself through your channel, you owe us nothing. And even when you “think” your thoughts are short-We’ll watch you. I subscribed because I enjoy you, not for a chance to receive anything. Stitch what you enjoy.
Stitch what you want, when you want. And film whenever you want as well. It’s a hobby, so it should be fun!! You have so many beautiful pieces! It’s fun watching your progress on all of them. It will soon be time for the kids to return to their study, that’s a good indication that seasons are changing and it will be time to get out my raven decor for Halloween!

I want to say THANK YOU as after I used your idea about grouping my wips by season, I have finished 5 for the month of July. I even took your advice and actually started a very much loved old project that is 296 x 400 and I am loving it!!!! Choose whatever you want to stitch, it's a joy not a chore! Once a month will be great! I'm stitching as fast as I can!!!

What a wonderful video! It brought tears to my eyes as you talked about blessings. It is too easy sometimes to forget all the blessings we have when we're going through some struggles. I thank God for each and every blessing I have received. Please don't feel pressured to do a video every two weeks. Vicky, Just do the videos when you feel like it. Don't put any kind of pressure on yourself. We don't want you to feel like its a job and you must do stitching on each project. I loved when you said stitching Arbitrary all the time.... that's the way I stitch. I pick up a project and work on it and then I put it on the shelf and work on something else. Stay true to yourself and enjoy!

I am ready for a change of seasons tired of this heat and humidity. Raven is beautiful I’ve never stitched a Mira. Arranging a craft space is difficult to find what works best. Love all your stitching wishing you great progress on them all.
Hi Vicky! I agree with you whole heartedly I've tried a couple of different stitching schedules, but in the end I just want to stitch what I feel like stitching at any given moment in time. I love your phrase "arbitrary all the time". That is so me. I also choose to go where my crafting takes me and have several other types of crafts that I enjoy working on. Flosstube is just enjoyable for a stitcher, it introduces me to patterns I might not have been exposed to. When your sharing is too much for you, take a break. Unless you’re hoping to support yourself through your channel, you owe us nothing. And even when you “think” your thoughts are short-We’ll watch you. I subscribed because I enjoy you, not for a chance to receive anything. Stitch what you enjoy.
Stitch what you want, when you want. And film whenever you want as well. It’s a hobby, so it should be fun!! You have so many beautiful pieces! It’s fun watching your progress on all of them. It will soon be time for the kids to return to their study, that’s a good indication that seasons are changing and it will be time to get out my raven decor for Halloween!
Congrats on reaching 5000 subs. Spring is probably my favorite of the seasons. I love the raven haired chart, but also the Quacker study one just as much.
Do what makes you happy. I enjoy seeing your wide variety of projects. Sometimes social media can be a bit much take a break if you need to. I tend to stitch on linen , but your stitching on aida is just beautiful. Take care and keep stitching.

Such a wonderful visit. I stitched on Sarah Braizear for 3 months everyday and got all the X’s done. All I have left is the satin stitches. I say stitch on what you want and not worry so much about how much you have to share in the video. Have a wonderful weekend.

Hey Vicki, you certainly have had a boatload of challenges and changes to deal with for a while now. I can definately relate. How I manage is the same as you do, stay focused on your many blessings and stitch stitch stitch! I love the saying that you can't control the wind, but you CAN adjust your sails. I think you're doing great! No worries about sticking to a video schedule either, do what is best for you! I love seeing your progress on all your BIG beautiful projects. I, too, decided at the end of June, that I was putting too much pressure on myself to meet goals that don’t affect anyone but me, so I took a little break, reorganized what I want to work on, & changed almost all of my goals, & I’m so happy I did. Just needed to put it back into perspective!

What a wonderful video! It brought tears to my eyes as you talked about blessings. It is too easy sometimes to forget all the blessings we have when we're going through some struggles. I thank God for each and every blessing I have received. Please don't feel pressured to do a video every two weeks. As many have said and I agree, whenever you post a video, I will be right here watching!!!!
As others have commented, post when YOU feel like posting. We are the fortunate ones here - we are able to see your beautiful stitching on your fabulous pieces. I'm happy to see you once a month or whenever you feel like it. Pls don't worry about trying to please by thinking that you need a certain number of pieces to share. I’m glad you made the decisions you did with your Flosstube and your wip rotation - you have to do what makes you happy, like you say it is your hobby, you do it for fun… You’re so right in all that you say about counting your blessings - it can be easy to get bogged down in negativity, but there are so many things around us every day to be thankful for… I just bought an android tablet this week so I could use pattern keeper for my full coverage piece and it is a game changer! Vicky, Just do the videos when you feel like it. Don't put any kind of pressure on yourself. We don't want you to feel like its a job and you must do stitching on each project. I loved when you said stitching Arbitrary all the time.... that's the way I stitch. I pick up a project and work on it and then I put it on the shelf and work on something else. Stay true to yourself and enjoy!
