A lot of shots which aren't Auckland in this video - look at the number of shots where the cars are driving on the right hand side of the road. NZers drive on the left hand side
Did you grab some random videos and mixed it up? I've seen Japan and doesn't look like Auckland and the source isn't 4k at all.
