this is a entry to luigirules competition....
ok! so im really nervous and.... what have i done.... oh!... i think i change the walls to much :( but even if this house not will win im really proud of my self and i have learned more this time than ever :) and i hope you will like it too :D
anyway this is important to know... im not building a new house for the moment because i building on my neighborhood and building a neighborhood is not like to build a house so i must build on that so you will get it in the summer i hope :) and for those who dont know... that will be BETA version to my neighborhood ^^ so stay tuned...
Before you download this house on the exchange, you have to know that i have used custom patterns, that means that i dont know i you will get some of my floors and so on... so please let me know if it works with all floors and walls :) also that will be a download on TSR site as usal that will be here soon, and ofcourse the Quartz house will be here soon too :)

Love your houses and your creativity, they have so much character. Just amazing and makes my heart go pitter pat watching your builds and transformations. I especially love the way you film your builds now (big improvement over how you used to do it, lol) and how you put a Sim in the house really adds charm to your presentation. Simply superb in every way! You need to win an award or special Simlish recognition. ;)

i just want to say that your houses are beautiful! everyone of them has something new and different to add that special touch. you do great and i really enjoy your videos. youre not just a great builder, you also use great camera angles and shots. you seem to have it all when it comes to this stuff. keep up the good work.

Love the lights on the roofs in special. Flat roofs have their flavors.
This is AMAZING!! Perfect song choice. Can't go wrong with GLEE lol. I have no clue how u made this video look so flawless during the creation but definitely must have taken a long time. @domokun5555 ok the for the 1/4 roof Chrillsims3 has actually made a video on it which you can find by going to his page :)
@domokun5555 No its not, and its not actually a roof window or whatever, you take away the part of the roof that you want to be he "roof window" or "Sky Light" and then you get the first fence (cant remember the name) and make it black (if you want, but it works the best) and you make the window frame and, yeah well thats what he did. One Question Down one to Go :)

Sprctacular house Chrill... I don't think I would call it a REMODEL as the house looks completely changed, but it is a great home.
I would love to see what you do with the interior and exterior if you leave the outside walls and roof as is...? You do a great job with interior design and landscaping.

@karryant basiclly its holes in the ceiling, just dont add a roof in some spots and then make a pattern with the border fence.

i keep replaying 4:35-4:37 and it looks exactly the same except for the added floor and features, technically its not really any different for what i did for my reno
