Don't be! Age regression is a completely safe copeing mechanism sure some people are way to rude to people who regress but there will always be people out there trying to make you ashamed of yourself so you might as well just do it! you have a right to be happy❤

ALSO FOR ANY REGRESSORS THAT ARE NEAR TODDLER AGES THERES a special thing but it's like paint that you can have in the bath! It's washable and non-toxic. They come in pink, yellow, blue and a few other colours. Forgot the name and havnt tried it out but seems fun

I dislike the idea of bringing gay/lesbian or any kind of sexuality into age regression, since it has to do with your NSFW preferences and its invalid to do regression when its sexualized on purpose
age regression is when somone reverts to the mindset of a younger child (useally as a trauma response and or coping meginesm) it can happen within the persons control and it can happen out of their control
