@@griffca4814 Imagine if Prey just becomes that in the future lol. All Prey games are not related to each other at all and its constantly being reset. Basically, if you're making a cool game under Bethesda and can't figure out a name, just use "Prey"
IF we ever get a Prey 2, sadly Mick Gordon will not be a part of it anymore. The game was nothing but awesome, but part of its essence were those moments accentuated by the music in game... In my opinion of course.
Amazing opening music to a game I wish more games took more risks with their music vs going for the generic sweeping orchestral tracks. These mellow tracks with a techno or experimental sound to it. It’s why silent hill 2 sound track is so amazing. Songs like promise or Lisa’s theme are iconic horror game music that are a stark contrast to the horror of the game but still fitting for the characters. It’s also why the save room music for resident evil 4 and the other games are amazing they are somber melodys that are a needed contrast from the deep booming and in silent hills case industrial and reworked every day sounds. This sound made me so hyped to play the game but also made me bummed out to leave the helicopter. Kinda similar to when your on hold on the phone and that one banger of a song comes on and the agent takes you off hold and your like (what the fuck man I was having my self a swell time then your ass comes barging in. My internet? Fuck that, put back on the music and push off.) extreme example but same do I love it when games have these more somber tracks vs just more over climactic fluff that you forget in like a min later or don’t even pay attention 2. The only orchestral song I can remember being pretty banging is destiny 1s radio array theme that reminded me of classic halo music like the final mission wart hog run or what ever it was called in halo 1.
Probably not much. The quality of the download may just be slightly better because it was ripped directly from the game rather than recorded from the credits cutscene. This version of the song plays on the jukebox in Crew Annex, whereas in Prey the track is generated dynamically depending on when you enter the helicopter (and also plays during the credits).
@@ShapeintheGlass0451 I've also noticed that recordings often cut out the first 10 or seconds. I know you posted this 2 years ago but this particular version is really hard to find. Thanks for having it available
“I just keep having this dream”
Prey is the most badass game I've ever had the gift of playing. Prey 2 when Bethesda?
5 more years when they reboot the "franchise" again lol
@@griffca4814 sounds about right I'd say lmfao

Mick Gordon did a another god like soundtrack
Dude I freaking loved Moon Crash.
If only it had that waving synthwave bass line like the synthesizer waves it would have been perfect
Hey can you upload all responses of "Volunteer's son" please ? Cuz i just finished the game and all of those survivor's endings shocked me.
I'm working on extracting those right now! That was one of my favorite moments. Might not be up until tomorrow though.
Is there somewhere I can find this background? Would love to wallpaper engine it with the spinning moon!
The best image I was able to get so far is from Bethesda's marketing page for Prey: imgur.com/jMCOfPz.jpg imgur.com/5wMLgWn.jpg
cheers :)
Any progress? =)

where is mind game from jukebox?
I think you find it in the Crew Annex, in the Recreation room
Whats the difference between this and the regular version?
