I’m 20 and my credit score is like 350 and I wanted to get a car on finance that is worth £33,000 .do you know what credit score could get a car like thisb
Does applying for multiple credit cards, yet having a low utilisation work? For example, if i was to hold 15 credit cards, this would obviously raise my credit limit. If i let them age, and kept my spending on them to no more than 10% total across all cards, im guessing that would benefit my credit? Im guessing the only negative would be applying for the cards in quick succession, as it would appear as though im desperate for money?
Great tips! Really breaks down the importance of your credit in general. This is the type of video I would have needed prior to starting my life an “adult” ✨
Good evening, Peter! How are you? I need some help with credit score. It would be perfect if a professional manage with me my credit score. Can I ask you for advice? Or maybe you can recommend some person. Thank you a lot!
never really knew about cridte score as a teenager, and i took it so lightly, i would miss a payments, no saving etc... and now my cridte score is very poor i couldnt even get car insurance on monthly payment ☹️..
Very good tips! Thank you! We are the family from Ukraine and I do boring about my credit score. We arrived 3 week ago and accomodated in Scotland, home for Ukraine. We've open the account in hsbc. What advise you migth give to borrowing for future? Taken into consederation that we have another money to boots our credit history. Thank you very much!
Hi Pavel and welcome. I would suggest you download app called clearscore to monitor you credit score monthly. It's going to take some time for you to build a profile but here's a couple some things you can do. 1. Make sure you are on the electoral role for the address that you live at. You need to speak to the local council and see how this might work for your circumstances. 2. Keep your account with HSBC in good standing, try not to go overdrawn and if you can, start to have some bills paid from that account via Direct Debit.
Thanks a lot! I've done all this, execetp Direct pay. I have put money to hsbc and not use it. I used Ukraining money from Ukr card. What can I do for you?
Top man 👊🏽 literally watched your this video yesterday and then saw you on t.v today so I know your official, appreciate your channel and content bro keep it up 💎👊🏽
Hi, great content! Under tip 7, you spoke about not withdrawing cash from your credit card. Do the credit score agencies know if you transfer cash from your credit card through your PayPal account to another PayPal account. I noticed PayPal no longer charges a fee for transferring funds to friends from a credit card.
While I understand withdrawing money from your credit card from a cash machine is classed as bad, so if I was to do a transfer from my credit card to my bank account, is that still classed as a red herring
(May be a silly question) With regards to credit card utilisation. Does the fact that if I use 50% but pay it off in full at the end of the month, still count as utilisation and therefore impact my credit score? Or does that only apply for balances carried forward ?
I dont understand why this wasnt a crucial lesson to be taught at school. Instead of other curriculum that many womt ever use. This will more then likely will be applicable to all
Some interesting tips! I have a poor credit score of 699. Nothing negative shows on my report and I pay my bills on time, every time. I have an overdraft that I never use and although I don’t have a huge amount of savings, but have good savings nonetheless. I can’t think of any reason my credit score is poor considering I don’t owe any money and I keep a good buffer in my bank.
Great tips and brilliant advice. A lot of this I’m following already but I learned some new things here. I have a question though. I have a total credit limit on cards of 90K! A couple of the cards are dormant but the total I owe is £20K so this is within your 30% formula. However one of the cards is with MBNA. I have a 9K limit and I owe 7.5K. Someone else told me if it make sure I owe no more than 50% on that card alone will that improve my score? I could move some of the balance to one of the dormant cards. I’d love to know your opinion. Finally if I was to just move the 20k which is all on 0% to a loan, I know this would cost a little more, but would it improve my Experian score? Thanks in advance
Hi Jack, This is where you need to speak to a credit specialist. Overall utilisation of your credit facilities impact your score but even down to the card level you want to keep within the 30% rule unless you are clearing your balances every month. You score will react negatively if you're only making the minimum payments as well, so that worth bearing in mind. If you move it to personal loan, you will have the benefit of knowing that the debt will be paid off within a defined period of time. There is no clear indication that I'm aware of that means your credit will improve as a result, With that said, there is a difference between a credit score and credit report. The score is simply. number , i would focus more on your report. That's what the lenders will be looking out when you apply for credit, therefore it's the one true metric that matters
I and my husband were in debts for three years until I came across this dude on UA-cam and I explained my predicament to him, he then introduced me to an hacker that grant loans and does bank hack, PayPal hack, ,credit score fix, bank account, phone hack(cheating husband or wife) western union hack, cash app top up, credit card top up hack, NFCU referral/sponsorship, loan approval, Instagram verification, Facebook and many more. After the hacker went through my information, my debt of $30k was cleared by him. Now I’m debt free. you can reach him on WhatsApp +17204430671 he is very fast and reliable.
I am about to hire a credit expert..He assured me he will delete all inquiries, late payments, derogatories from my report and increase my score to 800..I will keep you posted
Alot of Americans suffers credit errors because They haven't met the right one to help them out, so they go ahead falling into the wrong side. I was once a victim of that scandal but after I made the right choice by contacting the right the person to fix my credit which he did exactly what I was expecting. He got all the items in my report including collection, hard inquiries, loan, medical bills and bankruptcy deleted. This boosted my score from 510 to 930 and everything is now working perfectly on my credit, I got approved for the capital one credit card I applied for. He is also good in fixing of chex system. Just a quick question say I spend £50 on a credit card, do I need to pay it off as soon as I spend it or wait for the statement to come and then pay it off in full?
Really useful tips mate really appreciate it. I’ve got a conundrum: I want to sell my flat next year and would like to port my existing mortgage over. I am fearing that when I do this and they do a new credit check (with Nationwide) I could be denied or offered a bad rate as I have a debt that has been defaulted on my credit score. It’s 4 years old and was told it will be erased after 6 years. Do I wait it out and wait for it to go away or should I pay it off in full right away? I contested it with the ombudsman but my case failed so have been refusing to pay it out of principal but wondering if it would cost me my mortgage later down the line.
If your council tax payment is few days delayed will that be damaging to your credit given you are not paying through direct debit but through debit card every month ?
i made all these bad desicionsand im in 5k debt at 31 now i got to wait 5 years for every thing to dispear from my credit file looks like im just going to save up and start again good tips and advice just earned a sub! :)

Credit card transaction to PayPal isn’t a cash withdrawal but your should check with PayPal or your credit card provider
conversationofmoney thank you.

Great tips & so useful! Things we should learn as teenagers really!!
very true, unfortunately we're left to find our own way which is full of hazards without a reliable source of information
We grow but keep our thoughts when we still kids
Im 19 and I’ve got my credit up to 910 already on Experian setting my self up nicely

(May be a silly question) With regards to credit card utilisation. Does the fact that if I use 50% but pay it off in full at the end of the month, still count as utilisation and therefore impact my credit score? Or does that only apply for balances carried forward ?
Credit utilisation typically accounts for balances carried forward.
Thank you
Having/using capital one complete credit card increase our score?
depends on how you use it. using it and paying off the balance in full will help. Using it and paying the minimum payments can have an adverse effect.
@@conversationofmoney thank you

Hi Ahsan,
You can do either, the important thing is to make sure you pay it by the due date so that it’s not late.
You can wait for statement and pay it in full
Wait for the statement and pay it off
You can wit for the statement just don’t be late
The ex-partner tip is an eye opener!
it's something thats often overlooked but it's a crucial point to make sure you cut all financial ties.

You need to hatch a plan to pay it off. It may not affect your mortgage application but it may affect the rate.
