- Its been quite some time since i fished on hunts corner, my favourite lake on the linear complex but im back again to try keep up my none blanking record on the lake. With scortching temperatures its wasn't going to be easy but i just about managed to bag a couple.

Absolutely true the heat was to much I had 3 blanks in a row not a fish anywhere, you done well to catch what you did Chris anyway a good video and a nice Fishery keep up the good work mate .

Hi Chris just got back from a 3 day session myself and no I wasn't at chad lakes I'm now on badshot lea big pond near Aldershot ( branching out). Getting back to your session it was a great watch as they always are its been an absolute pleasure to see you from blog one to present day and watch you develop into the angler you are today. I will have a look at the new Nash dot spod I've heard good reports on it. Sorry gone on a bit so congrats on the fish and until next time take care my friend.

Carpking71 It's a lot bigger than I'm used to but it has everything from Cats /Grass carp /carp and the dreaded bream. The locals are really friendly I really like it.

Hello there! Cracking vid Chris, it looked real hard work in that sun. Top angling to get two out. Shame the Crays seem to be back, they ruined a session there for me last year. On a recent 48 on that same peg it took me 47.5 hours to realise that tree stump offered a great view 😫

Guy Nardiello cheers mate. For todber use either cc moore live system or Pacific tuna. A handfull of bait over each cast is enough.

What spod and marker braid you use Chris I'm looking for something that lasts and doesn't keep tangling cheers
Josh Boulter are you casting when using braid with it dry mate?? The biggest reason for braid tangling is using it dry. You need to thoroughly wet it b4 cast out with braid. But in answer to your question i use fox spod braid on my spod rod and berkley whiplash on my marker rod. But I'll probably redo my spod with whiplash too.
