I'm an English teacher from Chicago, and I started a new channel that combines English teaching with gaming. I've been watching your videos because I think your channel is really great! Your videos are excellent for English learners, but they're also teaching me how to make better videos…I really appreciate all your hard work. Thank you!
It is one of the best english speaking channels, with its fluent native speakers. I would recommend this channel to all new learners, because last year i improved my listening comprehension so greatly by listening them too. Keep it up guys.
That’s so great! Should I listen while reading the subtitles or should I close it and just focus on listening? What do you recommend based on you experience?🩵
I loved this podcast. I have been working hard to make progress in my English, I think, that I am in intermediate level. It was really interesting to me you saying that we have to avoid translation and almost I always do that. Something that I am doing is reading and watching tv and UA-cam and try to write, but sometimes is hard to memorize some long words. When I started learning English, I made a mistake, because I focused only on grammar and I avoided learning the right pronunciation, now I am working to correct it. Of course, I have some help because my husband helps a lot. It’s been a long journey for me learning English on my own, and I see a little progress each day, but I have had to push myself out of my comfort zone, especially because I have to work. Thank you for sharing guys.
Hi Lourdes! Thank you so much for sharing your thoughts and experience. You're doing great! The most important thing is your commitment. Keep up the great work and thanks for learning with us! ❤️

You can learn more about it here - reallifeglobal.com/app/
I woud have loved it if it laster like 1 hour and half or 1 hour at least cause that would reminde me of school when we had classes that lasted the same amount of time haha i think everyone is used to it unless you suffer from some kind of severe attention deficite and/or that you dont even care.... like i have adhd and i can do it so ...
Sorry to interupt you But frankly speaking i trying all and base on it i can make a conclugion that some people can hear sounds and some people not cos i tried fonetic speling and try to learn how the sounds spell But im still can t hear everithing somertimes and it depens from people and subject of translation And i m still use subtites when it comes to numbers cos its elementary to miss Even when we speak about RP
That's normal I guess. I sometimes can't hear the word properly as well. I guess we just need to embrace it. And it's good to remember that the same can happen in our native tongue. There are so many factors. It's very hard to catch 100% of what is said. That's why our brain puts all pieces together, like a puzzle, and we often rely on context and the surrounding words. That's where learning collocations comes to play. The brain will just search for the "right" combination.
