It might feel painful or uncomfortable, but that pain is so beautiful and vulnerable and is a reminder of all the goodness in our memories and our ability to feel things deeply. When I treat it like a companion in the quiet moments I feel more at peace with it. Grateful for your videos and honesty always!

How I understand you about nostalgia. Last year in winter I didn’t go to my hometown for holidays, stayed at my place. And I was showered with those emotions, sometimes to the point that I would cry and think I am never gonna be that happy again. The solution I found is to make new memories, go to travel to near town, visit your loved ones. Because they say it happens exactly when you get no new emotions and no new memories
