This synth seems very basic, it should be completely irrelevant if you have a more generic synth like the BitWig Grid or Pigments or some such. But - it's not irrelevant. I tried reproducing its behavior in BitWig Grid, and it's extremely hard to impossible which is a real shame. Even the comb filter in BitWig Grid is severely lacking - you have to sequence two or three comb filters in a row to get something vaguely similar. Let alone the rest of the resonators. Even the standard Noisy envelope requires about 5 grid elements to reproduce (although in the end it's more flexible). I haven't yet figured out how to reproduce the other envelopes. Should be possible, but might require around 10 or so elements. In Pigments I don't think you can get the same envelope behavior at all. I hate to say it, but - good job Expressive E with the Noisy. It's filling a niche that the competition should have filled a long time ago.
I have this synth and love it!! Expressive E if you read this, please make a Midi keyboard only version of the Osmose! We need it!!
Love the sound and control. A great time to be alive. Very nice work.
Very exciting indeed!
This is lovely
We need a video using Noisy 2 with Touche' please
This charming, persuasive young man almost persuaded me I need an Osmose. I now want one, so he achieved that!
Building the mpe control settings as dials into the interface was smart.
PolyBrute 12 snippet abruptly coming up at the very end was interesting timing.
A synth with MPE support and a preset browser straight from windows 3.1 🙈
Kinda sounds better than the keyboard
Noisy like his mic
