whar makes you decide between attack speed boots or tiamat?

For me boots first back is rly important for general map reaction speed but if i got 1,5k gold ill go boots and tiamat. If i dont have enough for boots and tiamat ill either go boots, dagger, longsword or attackspeed boots only :p

@@infernalshaco Thank you! I just made a new acct (previous acct on gold) shaco felt very weak (was playing bruiser shaco way back 2016) and when I came back I felt very weak. Watched a lot of your videos, clears and rotations. I can say that with your build and clear path, I can go back to old or even reach plat to dia if I remain consistent. Thank you again!
