I tried the mech pulling the artillery it works in Non combat only if u let them move together in attack mode people stop buying tanks I rather roll 2 at 2 than 1 at 3
Have you ever thought of only having one movement phase, similar to A&A 1914? I’ve never liked that you can noncom move into a zone based on already knowing the exact outcome of all the combats. Just never seemed realistic. The game should simulate one turn, per turn, not two.
Wow! Starting in 41 is the perfect fix!! Can’t wait until next October!!! A lot of play testing will probably be needed. Wish I could be there to do it.

Having all the Axis go at once and then all the allies go at once could allow for more playable nations. In Axis and Allies if you break up a power into different playable nations it weakens them a lot. In this it wouldn't be as bad. For example: You could have 3 Axis Payers in Europe. 1. Germany 2. Italy 3. Minor Axis Powers (Romania/Bulgaria/Hungry) Although I am excited because I always have too many people who want to play, so the more players the better.
Interesting that the American Fleet in Hawaii will only be taken out by Japanese airplanes. When Hawaii was attacked, Japan opened up a can of whip ass for the Americans. Production in America became very strong and progressive for the full out war in the Pacific. My thought, is maybe there should be an N.O. for the U.S. when Hawaii is attacked. Example: ONE TIME ONLY: During a J1 attack (only) on the Hawaii fleet - America receives a total IPC of ship loss to either replace the ships destroyed or to spend on any other items. Again, the U.S. went heavy on production. This puts the U.S. one turn behind and this N.O. would also make the Japanese consider twice before attacking. OR, the N.O. could be half the cost of the ships destroyed. Thoughts?
Speaking of planes in the pacific, I’ve always wanted bombing from Iwo Jima/Okinawa to have more of an impact. Something to Knock Japan out without needing to liberate China or land troops on the home island. Maybe a VP?
In our current house rules project we've moved the Brit fleet from 111 to 109 and the 110 fleet to 111(works well) we did experiment with the Afrika Corps a little...probably next game we'll bring it back(troops in N Africa)
Maybe it should be called BBR 41? Make it different from BBR 1-5.

I'd go with Bloodbath 1941. 1941a for the first run. If you're going to have more changes later, make it 1941b on the second run. and so on.
