You really should get the 11X6 to test. I use this combo in my Volo. XPower 2925-8 with GM 11x6 prop and 3S pack. Definitely speedy and can go straight vertical. Gets from launch height to 150m ALES cut off in 7-8 seconds. So I can range out and "hunt" for 20 seconds. If I don't find anything. I can punch it vertical for last 10 seconds up to 150+
You tested with the CN 12X6 and got great results. Would be good to see verses the 11X6.
Also, make up a "Test Card" to video in front of the rig before each test. Should list the motor, the prop, the ESC, and the battery. This will allow you to do multiple tests on video quickly and later makes video editing easier to put them together. You can scrub through the video and see what clip is what test....You might also want a final rundown chart adding the observed thrust, the max amps and watts.
