There is one negative play in this tape where he doesn't finish a block in the 2nd level and the guy sheds for a tackle. Otherwise this is as clean of tape as you could hope for from Coleman.
He definitely has the tools and he’s only going to get better with experience. If he can consistently put up performances like this it’s speeds our rebuild 10x faster not having to spend a 1st on an elite tackle this yr.
I can honestly say FINALLY we have an offensive line!👏🏼 our defensive line needs to practice on how to tackle the damn QB and we'll look gd on both sides!
Definitely see potential I think he still is playing a little high would like a little lower pad level but his effort is extremely refreshing and he moves very well this guy just needs reps and he will get better
“Bookend” is what you call either one of a pair of excellent OTs. Do you want an LT who is only as good as Wylie? Or what? Coleman has great potential.
@@lmff620yea fr and he's acting like Coleman ain't a rookie with his first career start with time and experience he will get better and hopefully become one of the best LT in football
If you actually just watched this tape, and came away from it thinking he's no better than Lucas, then I am very glad you are not in charge of player evaluation for this team. If you meant something else, you should probably restate.
Snap 1, stands his guy up and pushes him back. Snap 2 misses on a tough stunt. Snap 3 plays his assignment on a screen, he's supposed to ignore that guy. Snap 4 nullifies his man. Snap 5 stops the rush dead and redirects him into a mess. Snap 6 stops the LB dead, dude is utterly nullified and Coleman still makes a phenomenal hustle play after. Snap 7 nails his blocking assignment sealing then getting 2nd level. Snap 8 picks up the stunt and nullifies the defender. Snap 9 the defender sheds as he fails to finish the block, worst play is still a decent run. Snap 10 pulling on a trap and lights a dude up. Snap 11 the LB zones and is just standing there taken out of the play. Snap 12 another clean pass block rep nullifying a defender from the play again. Snap 13 another win on a touchdown. I think this vid is missing a 14th snap he was in for. Which plays in particular show a guy who is slow and not strong? This is as clean of tape as a 3rd round rookie LT is likely to have in their debut.
he’s fast asl for a guy 6’6 320 idk what tape ur watching.. Very athletic too he jumped over a few guys at the tail end of plays to avoid possible rolled unders

Brandon Coleman can be as good as he wants to be. This kid has got size, long arms, quick feet, and is athletic.
I see some promise in this guy.
If coleman ends up being that dude for us for the next 10 years from the 3rd round? That would be crazy
The one play where Jayden got the helmet to helmet penalty... BC was running with him. Definitely looks like an athlete out there on that play.
Yea, that’s what’s nice about him, very athletic with long arms. Keep it up kid 🎉
Yea I like him
Holy shit I didn’t even notice that 😮
Solid for first nfl game
Against a tough blitzing defense
He looks very good! Just one blown blocking call, possibly. Move Lucas and bench Wiley.
Definitely agree Wiley gets driving backwards damn near every play
He has some Trent Williams in him 😎
Dude is a Mammoth yet fast and quick. He is a great one in the making!
This dude has potential..Nice Vid 😁
i like him! our next Big Trent!
The force is strong with this one
He needs some work but he is the future

I be heated the Trent comparisons, he does move like him. If he can be half as good this was the steal of the draft.

He looks good for no preseason reps/rookie.
Looks solid. Just needs more experience and needs to make better blocks, but other than that, he looks like he could be the answer at LT
Trent Williams type hopefully
0:50 nice athletic ability, stays aware
He looks good, let see him on full game.
This Boi Nice, Athletic just like Trent

Nice to see him wearing none other than the King Hog, George Starks number.

Looks pretty good. He missed that one stunt, but seemed pretty solid otherwise
getting to the second level in time to square up the block during run plays is lacking some. it may just be the scheme holding him back.
Let’s see him go a full game against a stud
0:13 this is what Jayden can do for you as a lineman to bail you out
Looks like we might have our man. We do.🤞🖕🏿🙏🏿
I see a top tier offensive guard in his future lol
if the WRs could block a little better this team would be more explosive rushing the ball.
I thought it was Lucas playing. Guy looks serviceable At best. We need a bookend at the LT position. Specially with a rookie qb

He looks heavy and when the defense cross in front of him , he just lost his blocking😮
This guynlooks better than Olu Fashanu
Whoever the lg is got to do better
He doesn’t look strong and is slow other then sprinting.
That's odd! Both his scouting report and his college coach said he's a little "too quick" with his movement/feet..!
@escaped1534 These fans are football idiots!

you didn’t see the clip where he was running side by side with jayden? he’s a pretty quick guy lol
