Damn girl, gotta change ur name to jenn sands, cause beach, u climbin'
😂 Your friend has a shirt that's written 'Don't cry' in Korean.
Thanks for the shout out 😻 I love the inefficient but fun beta! It’s a nice way to interact with that beautiful boulder :)
It's always a good time when you upload a new video. Keep up the sending, Jenn :)
Oh wow, I envy you! When I lived in northern California a decade ago I'd seen beautiful pictures of Salt Point, but I think much of the crag was a local secret, and so never was able to climb there. It looks like there's more information on Mountain Project, now. Someday I'll make it out there.
Not sure how you expected to send Lieback without the beanie on lol
Wow, what beautiful scenery! Good to see you climbing again. Congrats on the sponsor! Don't worry, your strength should be back before you know it. (Says the noob still flailing around indoors but somehow a month of my gym being open has me back at the level I was in March...?)
These videos give me life.
My school just announced that well be online for next semester too so its time to move to Black Mountain and live with the wild folk.
I’ve climbed in the past but not consistently (only doing V0 and V1) and decided to seriously start climbing in October and I got my first V4 a couple of weeks ago! I love your videos:)
Thanks to you especially, I tried out an indoor boulder comp for the first time this month. I didn't do well, but it was a fun experience and gave me a couple things to work on, especially since my normal climbing is top rope. Hope grad school is going well. Working at a university, I know things are a little tough right now. Best wishes for your studies and climbing!
Omg yes I always over grip when I climb outdoors! This bouldering area is so picturesque - loved the look of that traverse until I heard there were slopers...
Hi Jenn, Hi Martin, looks a lovely spot for a bit of boulder noodling.😁
This made me incredibly happy tonight :) Reminded me of when I was hiking along the Swedish coast and I saw people bouldering there! I'd love to try it some time
Glad to see u climbing ! Love those
cheeky lil knee maneuvers 😉
Cool view with nice moves. Moreover, fun to find Martin's t-shirt has Korean written, 울지마, which means Don't cry. Lovely.
I really really love the music you choose for all of your videos. In a way, they resurface all those feels I use to get going outside with my friends to climb around. I haven't been in a while, and watching your videos really inspires that part of me to get back out there.
ooo those climbs look great! Such good scenery also 🌸
Another great video! You are one of the reasons I got into bouldering thank you for being Dope!! Excited to hit the gym again tomorrow!
Those boulders look awesome! And title was really fun watching you climb again.
Very nice video and those rocks look so fun to climb on! Very different from what I've tried... And I love the chill atmosphere of those kind of vlogs. Now I'm very sad I can't really climb outdoor anymore because of the weather, on top of the gym being closed. :( But at least you're doing it for us ahah!
Always wanted to check this area out! Looks like such fun climbing and a nice spot!
Such a fresh and chill video, very nice! And the rock looks amazing! :O
I love watching your videos, they are so inspiring
Good to see you still getting a bit of rock time. Congrats on the sponsor. Waving from England 🙋😀🤘
the vibes in this video are truly immaculate
Looks so fun and scary at the same time!
Bravo! You look so elegant sending that v2. The video is so lovely and the style is city-popish. I love it!
what do you think about those shoes? liking them so far?
Great job on all those climbs!
Salt point is lovely!! I live in the area I’ve climbed there many times :)
What did you think of those teva slippers?! I’m seeing them everywhere! Fun video today also busting back into outdoor climbing now that it’s cooling down in Arizona
Hi jenn ! I wanted to ask you if you have some arm workout that you prefer maybe you have another video talking about that but I’m pretty new ! Ps i love your videos ! You should come to Mexico I will show you some climb spots !
I like your alternate route on the traverse. And nice send before that. 👍
Hey Jenn, Backcountry isn't a thing in Europe - but they have an equivalent sister site Alpine Trek; might your discount code still apply?
have you found any good spots near sf/east bay area yet? I just started bouldering a few months before covid hit so i haven't had the chance to make climbing friends who know the area yet :( Also do you have any suggestions for budget crash pads?
The rock parks in Berkeley are always a great option and there are a lot of beginner level problems. Indian Rock in particular is a fantastic intro to outdoor bouldering. www.mountainproject.com/area/105734111/indian-rock
When bouldering in nature, how do you know where to start and where the top is? Or do you just decided for yourself and make up your own routes and problems? I’m new to bouldering and I’ve always wondered how bouldering outside a gym works :D
When a person establishes a boulder problem, they do what you described and share the information on the internet. There are also guide books for almost climbing areas that include descriptions, pictures etc of the boulders.
What editing program do you use if you don't mind me asking ?
Editing was cool and fun is key. Who wants to climb anyway when it’s so chill mode. 😝 Are you too busy with Grad school to climb?
I would say grad school has made me minimize my training hours from four days to two days on. Annoying but hey that’s adulthood right. Play hard later
Great editing on this vid!
Nice sends also just really great editing and vibes 👍. Also only in my local place The Niagara Glenn
A canyon in Washington State. Amazing views and approach.
Ice packs on the sore areas make recovery faster along with cbd or hemp products
did you say this spot was called salt point?
So are we all chill with backcountry now?
Last I heard they were suing a bunch of non-profits for having the word backcountry in their name.
👍
That mask on the deserted coastline is definitely effective 👏👏
Me at any moment: Jenn hasn’t uploaded in at least 1 year ;( ,,, checks UA-cam to see it’s literally been like 7 days
That is one nice looking thumbnail :D
nice tevas!
How's grad school??
Please mam may I have some more
why are you wearing a mask when you are outside on the beach and there is almost no one to be seen around you?
Can’t believe I’m a week late on this video!! Loved it!! I love how real you are. I feel like many climbers have a big ego but that’s totally not you at all. Can’t wait for more 💖
please come back to youtube🥲
Glad to see u climbing ! Love those
cheeky lil knee maneuvers 😉
what's the coolest place you've climbed in???
Italy, aosta
Probs some deep water soloing in wisconsin, either that or the red
Salt Point of course! 🙌😉
Place called Las Bejas, near Mexico City, routes, boulders and a beautiful view of the city on top of a small mountain
for trad - Bohuslän in Sweden for sure and for bouldering - Hampi :)
