"In 11th class i dond know about iit. I thought it was just a entrance exam for engineering. 2.Punjab Engineering College is not a top private college ye top GFTI/CFTI category college list me ata hai.

People who are scoring around 80-110 which is equivalent to 90-91℅ile can consider Jamia Millia Islamia. I scored 89℅ile and got selected for civil engineering. Especially if u come from a middle or lower middle class coz the fees of the whole course is just around 64k(16k per year)
