What are these, 8kg bells? I can tell they're competition bells but you can also tell they're so light.

Well, I'm not sure if you guys still have it, but in 2008 my client bought a stretch pack of 30 minute sessions. The new PTMgr at the time assumed that I was training her on a stretch session BC she was doing walking lunges. Lacking knowledge, what he failed to realized is not only does lunges strengthen the quads and hams but it also stretches the inner thighs, gluteus , and lower back. So basically I was fired for something misunderstood and silly. Still to this day I'm bitter bc I was close to a promotion and almost with 100k in my bank account. Tough break bro

The girja he's using is the same size from 8-48 I believe. Although white should be 40kg, (roughly 80lbs) but I think they were painted white for the sake of better looks. No one can lift 40kg with such ease.

Wow, what sorts of weights is he using in this video? They are so much bigger than the 40 lbs i'm using now, and even my 55 lbs. Are these 80 lbs? He doesn't look that strong and 80 lbs would be much harder to move around like that

This looks dangerous. Like some severe wrist injury could occur. Or being hit by the weight on some body part. Scary stuff.

I think it may harm and cause injury on your wrists.

they shoud've chosen a model with a hotter, more tightened physique. Male or Female. and glow in the dark sweat.

His technique was not very good at all. Hand and wrist placement was completely off. Kettle bells can flow like that but he's obviously using lite bells.
