i have the older model but still loving it every minute. Farhan , what you said earlier is true. i am awaiting for the BRONZEWING. but i can attest the SW engine.I recommend it but you need to look carefully. its so good that sometimes you forget to take care of it
almost 15 years ago, my friendS and I went to Sepang to watch Motogp. We had 2 SW and both riders are brothers. I was only riding Piagio Superhexagon 180. Whilst riding suddenly ALL my friends was surrounding the elder brother while riding. Dangerous man. Somehow, they manage to stop the scooter. I was wondering what happen. Another friend then took over riding the bike, while the brother sat pillion on another rider. Lucky 1 friend didnt bring his bike along. I found out my friend slept while riding. Maybe the ride was so comfortable. My friend in short I call him Zar. Hahhahahah
It was a pleasure to see your video. Great entertainment with nice guys. Thank you! Many greetings from Germany. I ride a Honda Helix (Fusion) and I am also impressed about the reliability.
Been riding SW older version more than 10 year now on this model for past 3 years. Love it but rear suspension wear out fast and hard to find aftermarket one. Storage wise this is indeed best. Got space in front and behind.
Had experience riding 1st and 2nd model of Silverwing. Went from Singapore to Penang with the 1st model, along the way went up Cameron and Genting highlands. This bike is a legend and performs like no other scooters. I had a Piaggio X8, Yamaha majesty 250 and Yamaha Majesty 400. Now back to Silverwing.
@Sujastri Jasman,hi bro im riding yp400 too.Great bike which took me to penang/genting/KL.Its a solid bike, just tt certain spare parts have to order. From your experience, majesty 400 or silverwing 400 better?
@@user-hg3kc4dj7u From my experience it will be the Silverwing. The only down side is the weight and it is easy to work on or work with if there is any repairs or maintenance needed. Other than that I got no other issue. Majesty 400 is a good bike also, light weight, nimble and it has good fuel consumption but quite tedious to work with if you don't have special tools. Hope this helps.
It has a good engine. I rode one for a good 3yrs. Best scooter in its class. Like knife through butter engine, smooth. Unfortunately last i check, it is no longer in production? Saddddd.
What? You don’t look back at having hand cramps when constantly changing gears in traffic jams? I thought having carpal tunnel syndrome from a heavy clutch lever is part of motorcycle riding? 🤣

Considering getting this bike, but quite rare to find & those private sellers quote on the high side, some higher than what shop offers...

@@nmi8286 Yup very rare. Got mine from one if the local shop, cheaper than private seller but cunning like a fox. But then somethings got to give.
