- Welcome to the Qantas family, Billabong!
Our 12th Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner has arrived, marking the delivery of our first new aircraft in over three years.
A further two brand new Dreamliners are set to join our fleet soon, allowing us to further expand our international network, starting with Sydney to San Francisco this month, and Sydney to New York via Auckland in June.
Make sure to keep a look out for VH-ZNL in the skies soon.

I flew on one , they are pretty quiet compared to aluminium hulls, they are pressurized to a lower altitude, so there is more humidity rather than a totally dry cabin, there where some major issues in the early models, one caught on fire after a thermal overload of its lithium ion batteries at Narita airport in Japan, it's a good thing it happened on the tarmac and not in the skies, or the rest would be history
