Beautiful resort. The rooms and the food? ehhhhh the food handling and lobby washrooms are quite scary so bring your own soap. The rooms? ehhhh you get one bottle of white rum, one bottle of water, and a few pops per day. No beer. Nice place, just try to avoid the Memories Buffet if you can. So enjoy and dont forget to tip

If I understand from your comparison video of the 3 Sanctuaries, the rooms on this one were a bit hurting and not as quiet as you hoped, but you'd still come for the overall experience this CSM one, is that right? Was shower ok? It looks like the type that might be prone to mold.

I'd recommend Sanctuary at Grand Memories personally (at any of the locations) since it's an adults only section, plus you have access to the Grand Memories part of the resort too. Adults-only resorts seem like your best bet. I've heard good things about Memories Caribe too for the atmosphere. Let me know which resort you end up at! - Sahad
Great video. Please tell me this. I have knee issues and going up and down stairs is a problem with me. Does this resort have facilities in place (elevators, ramps, golf carts etc) to help me get everywhere I might want to go? (ie: from room to restaurants, beach, pool etc..) Thanks so much, Steve S.
Thanks Steven. It's pretty accessible throughout the resort. The buildings where the rooms are do have stairs to enter though. But I'd still check with the hotel in case I missed one that doesn't have stairs. The Grand Memories at Holguin is very accessible with elevators.

Yup it's personally one of my favourite resorts. It's dated and sometimes things may need repairs, but I personally like the atmosphere there.

Even though I've never stayed there, I definitely would. Huge resort, walked by it once and that strip of beach is beautiful!
