Left out a few things. He had a sleeping bag with him. It wasn't a winter bag, but it was still very smart to bring. He also tried to clear out his car on a daily basis so he wasn't buried, and could be visible from the air. He was also walking laps around it to warm up each day. Near the car was a stream, it was mostly frozen, but a couple afternoons it melted just enough for him to be able to use his coffee cup and water bottle to replenish water. He did think about trying to walk out one day, but after getting about 100 yards as a test, thought better of it and wisely went back to the car. Another big key is despite this ordeal he remained calm, tried to keep optimistic that someone would rescue him.
So what,he's lying? This never happened? Ignorant..not all people would've survived...would you have ? Would you have stayed calm,had the will to live? I mean,this is quite the story( also kn A&Es I SURVIVED:DARYL) where it explains diff details...seriously he had a guardian angel or was just lucky or whatever reason the water didn't feeeze....he found a little water running down hill under snow,and that wasn't frozen cause it was moving...so surely you shouldn't make statements that are just plain stupid...sorry but
