im not a froppy main and played her like maybe 2-3 times but the wildest thing on her was using her gamma sitting on the big box opening it and a shiggy came up to me and i decided not to run- i don't know what happened but maybe he thought the box was glitched and he couldn't open it so he walked away
Because Froppy has the lowest health out of all the rapids and doesn't have that many shots in her alpha to keep moving around, I'd say she's the definition of hit-and-run. You're not meant to be taking on big fights (especially by yourself), just pick out targets you can deal with or might be a problem for your teammates. Froppy's gamma helps when it comes to engaging or disengaging, sneaking up on enemies that can barely see you and think they're safe, or using it to get out of a bad situation. Most players that think it's useless either haven't been in many matches where survivability is more important than dealing dmg or they don't actively think about how/when to use it. Aggressive Froppy's can use it as way to get a pre-emp strike and initiate a fight, making enemies decide to either take you out quickly or risk leaving their own team to possibly die in order to heal. Passive/Support Froppy's can use gamma to hide and team heal, allowing them to stay in a fight longer, possibly even ko someone that woulda knocked them if Frops didn't hang back and heal TL;DR Froppy's gamma isn't useless, most players just don't use it properly and miss out on many opportunities that can help them or their team. Pick your fights wisely. Froppy is a squishy, so play her as such

What would be fun though is making Froggy Catch able to get people while Froppy is airborne and carry people. INCLUDING downed enemies because Froppy's best option to finish an opponent is via execution. Let her haul her quarry to a safer place. Like she does in the manga. And it can be a support ability to feed Toga, AFO, and Twice. But it also gives it a use in Solos too.
The amount of times a froppy has tried to go invisible in front of me thinking i can’t see them anymore is insane. Like it’s really only good for healing and escape

i think it would be kind of busted but honestly i can't see any way to buff gamma other than to keep it up unless you land an attack on somebody, so you could go invisible and spiderman away or start a fight while they can't see you
u use gamma in order to drop faster from being airborne . u also use gamma after the air melee bounces off opponent . i feel if they buffed gamma , u should at least be able to alpha during invisibility or bring back wall climbing like iida has
Her Gama feels like a special action not a normal move, it just feels like it is either useless or promotes scummy play style. I think she should have a soft rework to give her a new move or moving it to special which would reduce the amount of insta reviews.

the char is good with the buffs after the ton of nerfs she got, but her melees (in ground) are the worst in the entire game, if the opponent has shield it can literally dodge the second hit due to how slow they are

As a Floppy main on console, u hit ur alpha pull the trigger back like it slows the momentum, then air melee, or beta depending on whom, and where.
