I went to Kerala in 2015. I went to Ponmudi in Thiruvananthapuram district. Road to there from Kazhakkoottam had many hair pin curves like in this video.
Hi, I was watching this video on TV. Came on mobile just to comment. I must say I couldn't resist this urge to tell you everything that I feel after watching the video, being a Himachali myself.
It felt amazing to see you in Himachal, as its almost obscure when it comes to vlogging. Its a bit beyond the realms of fame, although there are certain places which are famous ( Eg, Shimla, Kaza, Mandi, Kullu Manali ). Loved to see how you described every bit of Himachal, showing every stop where the bus halted. You know a lot about Himachal. I've been seeing your Himachal tour, and from the starting itself, I was beguiled by the videos. You see, we Himachalis are very shy, demure and reticent. We aren't sometimes able to express our gratitude, owing to our shyness. So I would like to apologize on behalf of every Himachali in your tour who seemed a bit rude to you; we aren't rude actually, just a bit unaware of formal culture. Himachalis are "very" funny, this seems very weird for those who visit Himachal for their first times, but as time slides by you see its just our normal way of living; we are innate comedians. And we are very diffident too, so sometimes fail to guide tourists. But mendacity is out of our behavior, I bet no one will lie to you ( except few people who have some serious problem or outsiders residing here ). Paharis are very gullible too, so we are easily fooled by people. And that's why we sometimes don't trust outsiders.
Nevertheless, Himachal has its own spellbinding magic. You won't believe but trust me, your accent changed by leaps and bounds as your journey in Himachal furthered. Typical " Pahari " accent was palpable in your way of speaking. I was delighted to observe this subtle thing.
Anyway, enjoyed your video thoroughly. Would certainly redirect any creature who's keen to know about Himachal and its people to your priceless series.
Do come to my home -Darlaghat- if one day you're traveling to Manali. It lies on the way. Would love to have a cup of tea and tons of gossips with you ( you see, we are very garrulous) .

Great journey. That area is still uncharted by me. After going through your video, I checked that from Delhi to Kaza it would be around 800 kilometers one side. I may drive from delhi to kaza in four halts, first at Simla, then rampur bushahar and third reckong peo and then kaza. Now, whether I will be allowed to drive that portion by my children is another question, though I am quite comfortable in hill driving!

You can easily drive from Delhi to Rampur at a stretch. From Rampur try to push to Nako. Third day Nako to Kaza. Stay there and explore Spiti. Another day from Kaza to Manali.

Spiti Circuit is more challenging than Ladakh circuit due to these kind of roads

I travelled Reckong peo/ Kalpa and Sangla Chitkul valley this June. These places are awesome infact I have lost my sleep after visiting here. Only dreaming of next visit here. Your video is very nice and helping.

If u had done more reality checks and videos related to such travels instead of foreign countries, you would not hv been recognised by Indian tourism for award. This is called the actual reality.
