Is Nvidia stock currently a buy? In this video, I'll be showing my stock analysis for Nvidia (NVDA) and trying to estimate it's Intrinsic Value by doing a deep dive on the business. I use the teachings of Warren Buffett and Nick Sleep to see if Nvidia is a high-quality compounder, by looking at the Return on Capital Employed, the Return on Incremental Capital Employed and the Reinvestment Rate. I also talk about Nvidia's products, their Runway, and at the end of the video I show you my valuation estimate based on my future predictions of Nvidia's stock price. As always, this is NOT a buy/sell recommendation.. I'm just some guy on the internet trying to predict the future so this video is just for entertainment and educational purposes

Thanks Senan insightful as always. Regarding the investment rate - how is a company able to reinvest more than 100% of its earnings? Im guessing investing anything over 100% of earnings is funded by debt? Cheers.
Hey Pat, thanks so much! Yeah it can be funded by debt, but also from cash on balance sheet or issuing more shares.

Great analysis. Funny I am also currently researching Nvidia and I like it more the more I look and think about it. In particular I like how they have been diversifying their business with data centers and services. And also the Arm-based CPU option. The alternative cost to other investments is also my hurdle, so I will have to sell something else. Hard to do as I am running a concentrated portfolio with stocks that I have high conviction in.
Thanks mate :) yeah I'm in the exact same boat as you! Haha. It's such a great business and I think the runway is there for a long time. I think the only option is to quickly save some money and try to get in while it's still somewhat cheap, because I'm like you and don't see myself selling anything to take a position in Nvidia. I do have some emergency cash set aside for flash crashes so I'm considering using that, but I'm unsure whether to dump it into existing positions that are down, or use it for Nvidia...
We seem to have very similar styles and circles of competence, do you mind sharing what positions you own? Might be something I'd like myself :P
