These are funny mistakes. As a writer, I thought it would be fun to write a fairy tale mash-up for my little friend on the bus, but I made mistakes like this - changing my character's eye color, accidentally mentioning a window when there's not supposed to be any glass in the kingdom. I had read my story hundreds of times and never noticed any of these stupid mistakes but my little friend caught them all the moment she heard them. Sometimes the brain just likes to take a ride!
