Ah it makes sense, Ruster made the grocery store backrooms video. That's in my top 10 still to this day. I follow so many creators its hard to keep track of who made what
1:00 1st minute impressions: "Already among the best. wtf?" -The acting is more realistic than most videos out there. -The movement is realistic as well. -I wonder why the other guy on the desk didn't freak out about that alarm, or what it was about in the first place. (Maybe he had an important task at hand) -The visuals are awesome. The water physics is amazing as well. 4:52 Halfway impressions: "This is awesome!" -The level designs, their structure, and the way they're all connected together seamlessly in this version, is something that many fail to replicate in their versions! (Oh and its awesome in case that wasn't clear) -That black dog-human with a vague body shape is *actually* scary wtf xD -The action/danger moments in this video, are much better executed in this video than most others on youtube as well! They're not cut out with a black screen 198273 times a second (like others do). 7:45 Climax impressions: "That... Was... AWESOME FROM START TO FINISH!" -That last level he jumped into through the window was so bright and.. On fire? I'm not sure, but it looked to me like he jumped into a bunch of trees (at first), and then it turned out to be purple clouds that he passed through to the other side, at which he found himself falling from the high sky, somewhere that is lit on flames! (I think it was crop fields not sure) -The ONLY mistake that I can easily think of in this vid, is that the camera man stopped for a *long* time at 7:28 and yet the monster/entity STILL didn't catch up to him. Also he wasn't audibly panicking upon contact with the second monster. (so 2 mistakes I guess xD) -But other than that? This vid alone made me subscribe to this channel, if such quality vids will be uploaded later as well! (Doesn't matter how long they take to upload, quality over quantity)
@@Ruster3D The ending felt like a first person view of jumping out of the World Trade Towers and into the fiery hell below. The blurred lines of what I assumed were the building and other bodies falling as well gave me this strong impression. That and the fact the video was released right around 9-11. Just a bit creepy on another level. Other then that, the video is well put together.
I love the whole backrooms lore and all the videos people come out with...personally i would hate to be stuck in the backrooms but i still think its cool
Yeah, it was well done. Would've preferred if the water creature just silently swam towards him though. Would've been much more menacing than the screeching.
This is great! Only niggle I have (please just take it as feedback) is that it didn't make sense for him to continue forward after falling through the initial door. He had a partner watching the screens with him as seen in the beginning. Most logical thing for him to do would have been to wait for him to come and find him.
I’ve only seen a few of these ‘back rooms’ videos, but they are so impressively creepy, I had to sub, (I like that scary distortion-thing, that often terrorizes the protagonists, it’s an interesting monster)…
Jus want to say you have the most realistic movements. Realistic environment and even have a realistic knowing on how a old cámara works with the light and how it takes time for it to adjust keep it up these seem like actual lost real videos! Remember QUALITY is better than Quantity so take your time making these!! I can tell you love making these even if it’s tiresome some times
Thank you, and thanks for acknowledging the process which goes into this. Lots of hard times, bugs, glitches, waiting for renders, the list goes on. I hope it was well worth the wait!
That was phenomenal. I love backrooms videos, but usually they don't look 100% real and you have to use a little bit of suspension of disbelief to enjoy them. I think this is the first one I've seen that genuinely looks like it could be real footage. Amazing work!
This is the ghost of “The Falling Man” on 9/11. As he falls from the building he looks up and sees the fire from the plane crash. He is haunted by death chasing him through the building as he endlessly replays the moments before he makes his final decision.
Outstanding! Spectacular! Wow! This was a serious MASTERPIECE! From the dramatic intro, to the explorer falling directly into the water, leading to the immediate change of environments brought a sense of dread of how creepy the area looked! From 4:15 the chase leading to the slide and then the landing into the multiple coloured balls within that incredible looking office area, was SO enthralling! The entity was so well created and seriously TERRIFYING! My heart almost stopped when the Explorer jumped out the window. His demise was horrifying but so well done! I don't blame him jumping though. That entity was relentless and was getting closer as the time ticked on. I can't WAIT for more!
Duuuude the sound and camera movements! I loved the echo when he went in the water at that one part and I love that you captured the sway people have when moving in semi deep water. I see a lot of pool rooms where they glide through the water so easy but water has weight and even moving slowly you push hard against it. Your graphics are extremely well done as well 👏
I love the graphics and where it’s based, what impress me is the architecture and the size of the offices. The second largest office I’ve seen, just smaller than an engineering office complex.
his backrooms are one of best. but I don't know why he always adds the 0.55 String delay echo effect to the Maps. I would Wish that some Maps of the Backrooms have reverbs instead. His camera must have been made of the same material as those ID-cards... Judging by the date of the video and the wall of the burning building he fell from, that was the WTC.
finally... the high-definiton pooltopia! I was dissapointed I didn't get to see it in the initial run, but yes, finally, the opportunity has been realized!
Everything except the scenery is the best rl representation of my actual nightmares where I'm running (sometimes hiding) from something usually hard to see all the way but it's loud with no distinguishable noises and is terrifying
Hey! I love your backroom videos... is the ending a nod to the Twin Towers bombing? As if the guy threw himself into the void and fell with those who threw themselves to escape the fire? In any case, that's how I felt and it gave me goosebumps. All my respects from France.
first thought that came into my mind was this, it`s like having the POV of a 9/11 jumper...with the facade of the building being very similar to the one of the WTC

It’s been awhile since the last time I saw a backrooms video, but dang I remember why I liked them so much! Amazing job, I love the way it feels when watching your vids. Something that’s hard to describe, and I appreciate the fact that the monsters are not what make this creepy. Keep it up!
The squiggle monsters, I have always thought, completely ruin what is otherwise a masterfully unique and truly haunting setting. Look how beautiful these and other works in The Backrooms story are. Look how well crafted his ideas are. Look how much love he puts into making the footage look realistic. Boom, squiggle monster. What good is an unbeatable enemy? I already have an unbeatable enemy in my life. It’s called death. I’m not here to be reminded of that.
I agree, I don’t think the Backrooms need a monster. If it helps, death was already beaten on the cross. It’s not something to fear now, Christ is risen and you can have eternal life too. Not to sound cliché, I just would hate for you to feel anxious about it when you could know you’re going to be taken care of instead. Anyway, have a great day.
It would be even more terrifying knowing time in a place like this had no relevance. You're eternally you for ever stuck in an endless madness that only vaguely reminds you of what you could for sure was a reality 4000 years ago. Or was it a dream ?
@@boopdoop2251I think stuff like the pool room entity is alright if done right. The way it watches him and then jumps into the water. I think the screeching is a bit over the top, but if it had just silently swam towards him with unknown intent, it would've been a lot scarier, I think.

This was so exciting from the start and especially to finish, my god he actually jumped outside, my heart was pounding. and the poolrooms, I always forget, are they the sublevel of 0 or just a section that you might end up in
This is so well done, thoroughly immersive and a great blend of expective tension and random reality. It's also a reminder to me of how my previous supervisor used to be if we didn't answer the phone within 3 rings.
This video is incredible! The soaces, the atmopshere, just everything. My fabourite part was the large room in the poolrooms. The dim lighting made it feel like a dungeon, a sort of purgatory where you're left with your own thoughts, tortured endlessly by your own memories of your wrongdoings. This really brought back the unsettling feeling of liminality for me, and this inspired me so much that I created a place in Dreams PS4 that looks something like that big dark pool room. I first saw this video on a clip on Instagram a few days ago and I've been trying to find the original video. Now that I've found it here, the rest of the video is just as great as the dark room scene! Even the phone ringing was creepy! Props to you for being so inspirational and skilled!

-I wonder why the other guy on the desk didn't freak out about that alarm, or what it was about in the first place. (Maybe he had an important task at hand)
-The visuals are awesome. The water physics is amazing as well.
4:52 Halfway impressions: "This is awesome!"
-The level designs, their structure, and the way they're all connected together seamlessly in this version, is something that many fail to replicate in their versions! (Oh and its awesome in case that wasn't clear)
-That black dog-human with a vague body shape is *actually* scary wtf xD
-The action/danger moments in this video, are much better executed in this video than most others on youtube as well! They're not cut out with a black screen 198273 times a second (like others do).
7:45 Climax impressions: "That... Was... AWESOME FROM START TO FINISH!"
-That last level he jumped into through the window was so bright and.. On fire? I'm not sure, but it looked to me like he jumped into a bunch of trees (at first), and then it turned out to be purple clouds that he passed through to the other side, at which he found himself falling from the high sky, somewhere that is lit on flames! (I think it was crop fields not sure)
-The ONLY mistake that I can easily think of in this vid, is that the camera man stopped for a *long* time at 7:28 and yet the monster/entity STILL didn't catch up to him. Also he wasn't audibly panicking upon contact with the second monster. (so 2 mistakes I guess xD)
-But other than that? This vid alone made me subscribe to this channel, if such quality vids will be uploaded later as well! (Doesn't matter how long they take to upload, quality over quantity)
I appreciate your feedback! Thank you!
Awesome backrooms vid as usual, Ruster! Your work is always enjoyable, unique, and a massive inspiration for me.
Dont stop making these vids. They are amazing to watch and in my opinion these videos are liminal walkthroughs they are fun to watch. Keep it up!
I love the whole backrooms lore and all the videos people come out with...personally i would hate to be stuck in the backrooms but i still think its cool
I normally prefer backrooms content without entities, but this was well done. I love your poolrooms.
Same, it felt right here
Yeah, it was well done. Would've preferred if the water creature just silently swam towards him though. Would've been much more menacing than the screeching.
This is one of the best backroom videos I've seen recently. I felt that I was particularly particular about the sound. it's the best
That ending was crazy.... I was leaning forward in the chair and my heart was racing. Really well done!
Holy shit!!! I didn't expect that you upload another video the last week!!! Great job!!!
This was just amazing ! Everything is on point : the audio, the lights, the atmosphere...
@@Ruster3D sure was and can’t wait for more :)
I keep thinking it's real life instead of computer graphics at the start lol
4:00 the sonic chaos is just awesome
That was phenomenal. I love backrooms videos, but usually they don't look 100% real and you have to use a little bit of suspension of disbelief to enjoy them. I think this is the first one I've seen that genuinely looks like it could be real footage. Amazing work!
That ending was wild
Truly horrific, can't really put it into words
That ending escalated very quickly
This is definitely my favorite video on this channel
Shoutout to whoever did the tilling in the pool rooms. I would hire you in a heartbeat! Those lines are immaculate!
I will be the one to appreciate your comment :333
The last part of the video is different then most backroom videos i seen so pretty good and worth the watch :3
Dude. That window jump sequence was incredible. Love it
Doesn't it remind you of something though?
@@LG633TVCould you elaborate on that?
I question how they even 'found' that footage tbh lol
Yeah fr like in kane pixels the camera got sent back to reality and that was how it was found but in this it's just random
Still amazing work tho
If the Game in real life can have either echo brush or the reverb brush, Backrooms should have be Same if they are some sort of Hyperadvanced jumanji style videogame Full of infinite maps maded of brushes and everything is maded of bits pixels and polygons instead of Atoms
Thank you, and thanks for the feedback! Are you talking about the audio? Or are you talking about the scene?
@@Ruster3D I am talking about the Echoes, They are all same, from level 22, to level 11 and the unknown level where wanderer is chased by Bacteria NPC, All of them have delay 0.55 seconds. But before you did Level 22, In that last Map of the Backrooms, the staircase there were reverbs instead, Heavenly scary reverbs of the White Void. I wish you returned reverbs to your videos. and that scene was scary but differently scary.
@@matejsteinhauser3974 yeah every time I do audio design I forget what I did last time so I just try to recreate something similar… I see what you mean in the staircase video I will look out to add that next time
@@Ruster3D yes. thank you. I would love to hear those Scary heavenly reverbs in the Backrooms maps that resembles Christian MindScape lying in the infinite Void
i just want to point this out, my guy landed in a ball pit.
hope he had the time of his life, to be honest i would actually enjoy that.
also that entity just wanted a friend with him, he dont bite!
my guy really jumped out the window and somehow isnt bleeding
great animation, by far the best one yet.
A-MAZ-ING Work, Dude. First i was chilling, but after the Encounter in the Pool i was on the edge for the rest of the Video.
I love backrooms content, glad to see people still making videos likes this, this one is sooo good, keep up the good work man! And the ending was unexpected, he fell into hell or something. I also wonder how did someone found footage 🤔
His camera must have been made of the same material as those ID-cards... Judging by the date of the video and the wall of the burning building he fell from, that was the WTC.
You and Lost In The Hyperverse are my two favorite Backrooms creators. I always enjoy your videos.
Hyperverse should be paid for her or his work. Sooo brilliant and its beautiful!
finally... the high-definiton pooltopia! I was dissapointed I didn't get to see it in the initial run, but yes, finally, the opportunity has been realized!
I physically shuddered when that creature slid into the water. Eeeeesh. Good stuff
Everything except the scenery is the best rl representation of my actual nightmares where I'm running (sometimes hiding) from something usually hard to see all the way but it's loud with no distinguishable noises and is terrifying
Poolrooms will never be forgotten.
Love the cubicle layout!
Bro you are awesome in finding these! Please don't stop searching after found footage!!
Way better than Kane pixels or others!
Definitely one of most impressive backrooms renders I’ve ever seen. Well done, almost makes me wanna learn how to make these
No idea how you make this but that's impressive, can't imagine the amount of work, hats off
Please keep making these videos. You are my favourite creator!
This is the best backrooms video I've seen in a minute! Love the work, dude!
FINALLY YOUR BACK, please upload more
Your work is amazing, i dont know how your renders are so realistic and well made! Thanks for this great content
Damn, this was really great, the sounds were incredible too! Wow!
8:00 the haz mat suited explorer is seen
The pool room was really cool but ending was crazy.. bro that ending shocked me. Had to be like the twin towers thing. But bro first time finding you and well made video! 🔥
Never stop with the backrooms!
I love love love your videos. THIS PARTICULAR VIDEO is one of the best things I've ever watched. I love what you did with the sounds and how the entire thing takes place. I loved the ending where the guy falls off. Please keep making these quality videos!
major 9/11 vibes from the last part! very cool, your rendering is so clean and you have an excellent glossy material understanding as well as that sound design is just chefs kiss!
that shit at 4min gave me chills and I need to change my shorts now..thanks for that
It’s been awhile since the last time I saw a backrooms video, but dang I remember why I liked them so much! Amazing job, I love the way it feels when watching your vids. Something that’s hard to describe, and I appreciate the fact that the monsters are not what make this creepy. Keep it up!
Glad someone is carrying the back rooms while Kane pixels is (maybe) taking a break
Wow that was incredible, thank you!
honestly this is better than kane pixels, looks so real and everything is just perfect
Another awesome one, thank you again for making these!
dude the audio and visuals in this are amazing! Keep up the good work
This was nothing short of BRILLIANT! 5 Stars!!! Been using UA-cam since 2005, and this was the first time I ever applauded after watching something!!!!
2:45 survival pro-tip, do not turn off the music.
just excellent, very cleverly done, running at the beginning looked sooo real
man, the picture as a whole is fucking awesome. especially cool made water, very realistic. very cool moment when falling into the balls, hyperrealism.
scripted moments, unusual, like the same fall into the balls, and jumping out of the window, very cool done. i really dislike how some people parasitize on this topic, not bringing anything new, and just copying from time to time, but you did a great job.
I really want to contact you, I'm interested in how you did it all in detail, and in what programs, I'm also doing a project on this topic, but there are some problems.
and also cool sound design, but could be a little better. for example, at the moment with climbing out of the water, you can hear that slap bare feet, and the shadow was clear that the man in a spacesuit, which means rubber boots, and the sound in general should be different, but it's small things.
Seems like you really know your stuff. I’ll look out for you on my socials that’s where I get in contact with people
@@Ruster3D by the way, I write you in discord)
This footage is so realistic! I love it so much! Big fan of it
This was so exciting from the start and especially to finish, my god he actually jumped outside, my heart was pounding. and the poolrooms, I always forget, are they the sublevel of 0 or just a section that you might end up in
This is so well done, thoroughly immersive and a great blend of expective tension and random reality.
It's also a reminder to me of how my previous supervisor used to be if we didn't answer the phone within 3 rings.
One of the best Backrooms videos I've seen so far
people have gone too far with realism
Well at least it’s convincing
Hahah
We haven't GONE far enough!!!!
When will you upload again?
Idk it might be real
This video was so good! I really miss when the backrooms was popular😭
Do you have the Instagram video? I love seeing others posting my content :)
Man I can't tell you how much I love your videos. Can you tell me how you make these
What a creative work! i'm korean and i really love your every backrooms works guy
These videos are so good! I love watching them thinking they are real ngl
Same they makes these videos very good
