I'm so happy to have found your channel!!! It's SO WONDERFUL to find someone who quilts on a frugal budget! Not everyone has thousands of dollars to spend on making quilts & frugality is the fundamental reason quilts came into existence. All of your quilts are lovely! You have inspired me so much. I cannot praise you enough 🎉. Looking forward to more videos to come ❤
Well said! I've never understood spending a fortune on all the latest kits or boxes that seem to be what everyone is going for. I love Sue because she's like me...frugal...and can make simple, but beautiful, quilts from what you have. She is so inspiring and refreshing to watch.
Thank you for watching! Initially, being frugal was out of pure necessity and I always felt a little sad that my work didn't look like all of the "professional" quilters'. Now, I have come to fully embrace what I do and I think my quilts are a true reflection of me. And more importantly, I really love what I do! Please try not to compare yourself with some of the big popular channels. Just remember that they are a Business and they are profit driven. There is nothing wrong with that, it's just that they approach quilting from a different perspective and they also add value to the quilting world.
My new motto for 2025 is going to be " Do Like Sue" I'm going to make 4 patches, 9 patches, and flying geese, then see what comes up from them. Thanks!
I love your quilts and how you resource your material. You have a great eye. I love your channel and I can't wait to see what you are going to do in 2025. God Bless You.
I love the brown quilt, is there a pattern for that quilt? If the pattern is a Sue original would you mind sharing a basic layout? Thank you so very much for sharing and inspiring us. Happy New Year Sue.
I don't have a pattern for the brown quilt, but I used 3 different size of blocks that were divisible by 3. A 12", a 9" and a 6" block. That way it was easy to fit them together, and sometimes I would need to fill in a few spaces so I had some 3" squares and a few quarter square triangles for that. I just laid things out on the floor and rearranged things and it came together pretty easily. I hope this helps. Just pay attention to the grid of the block you initially choose. Some of them might be a 4 grid pattern and then you could do 4, 8, and 12" blocks. I hope this helps.
I watched this morning on my 32" TV while I was having my coffee. Now, I'll have to re-watch this afternoon on the 55" TV so I can see better. True eye candy and inspiration. Thank you. I've needed a lot of inspiration after my husband died. I haven't sewn much in over a year but you've given me the boost I needed. Bless you.
If you just start out like she does, making 4 patches, or 9 patches, or flying geese ( which is what I'm going to start doing) then quilts will come together
I am so grateful for quilting; it has been a solid support for me at the hardest points of my life. It can help us feel capable, creative, joyful, and connected to others in this community. I hope it brings you all of these things in the new year.
One of your videos popped up, I was so enchanted by the quilt on the screen that I watched the video, plus a couple more. I love your creativity, your scrappiness, your sweet voice, the quietness of your pace. I will watch more, I promise. As a quilter, I fall squarely into the camp of scrappy, creativity, serendipity, and joyful frugality; I seem to have found all of that and more here!
I love your “Brown Quilt”. The idea of combining the same block in three different sizes is very intriguing. Maybe you can talk more about how you went about it in a future video?
Thank you! I actually copied that idea from my sister who had made a quilt using the idea of a single block design in 3 different sizes. I just made sure the sizes were compatible with each other. Mine were 12", 9" and 6" blocks, all easily divisible by 3. I also filled in a few spaces with 3" squares to give your eye a place to rest and so things didn't look all squished together. Im glad you liked it, I did too! I may make another one using that same idea but I'll choose a different block next time.
Hello, Sue 😀 I have been watching your videos almost non-stop, and I can't thank you enough for sharing your work and your ideas. Your work is stunning, and you are amazing. I love your use of embroidery and decorative elements to add interest to your quilts. I have been quilting for 44 years, and I feel like the time I have moving forward will be much richer now that I have found your videos. I started out with an antique machine, a pair of scissors, and a ruler. No fabric was safe from me 😂 If it wasn't being worn, it was cut into 5" pieces, and sewed together in rows. The corners were yarn tied, the batting was a thrift store blanket, and my backings were old sheets. Somewhere down the line, I got lost in the market. Thanks to your videos, I think I can find my way back to that frugal time, when my work was mine. My kits and patterns will still have a place in my days, but I am so inspired now to step out of the box and bring more of my own ideas to my work. Thank you for sharing your passion with us. Your work is amazing!
There is nothing wrong with kits and patterns, but to see someone make these beautiful quilts, without patterns, classes, retreats, or by purchasing new fabrics is amazing!
I like how you say that no fabric was safe from you! haha! I can relate to that! I think it is super easy to get caught up in all the newest trends and there is certainly a strong urge to want all the new products on the market. I think that most every quilter is guilty of impulse buying because there are so many gorgeous fabrics, and so many useful gadgets. I have been quilting so long that I am now at a point where I am happiest when I use the poor lonely rejected fabrics that have been cleared out of someone else's sewing room. I don't have the money or the inclination to keep up with the latest trends. I hope I can provide another side of quilting that shows how to create and still have fun while spending substantially less $$$.
I just stumbled on your channel and I love it! I quilt on a budget and it's nice to find someone else who does as well. The quilts you showed are gorgeous! I love that your channel doesn't try to "sell" me the newest gadget or line of fabric. Definitely subscribed! Can't wait to see more of your videos!
I am on a tight budget and certainly cannot afford to keep up with the Joneses, so to speak, and honestly I love what I do so much! When I first began quilting decades ago, I always felt bad for not being able to buy the newest prettiest fabrics and notions but now it's just the opposite. I feel so happy when I can use fabrics that are handed down to me, even if they're the "ugly" ones. It brings me a great deal of satisfaction when I see them playing nicely with all the others in a finished quilt.
I wish I could explain it here, but it would take too long. But basically I begin with a photo from either a magazine, an antique quilt, or the internet, and then build on it or modify it based on my current fabric choices.
No words can describe how beautiful your quilts are. You have done a fantastic job and I love looking at your quilts. You are such an inspiration and I love watching your videos. Thank you for sharing.
I’m starting my first full year of quilting after retirement as well and am so grateful to you for helping me define how I want to go forward. I’m excited as well! A huge thank you to your daughter for the great filming and editing! That really is a special gift and speaks volumes to her love for you and pride in your talent. I always wondered who was on the other side of the camera. 😊 And a huge thank you to you, Sue, for sharing your spectacular scrappy and wonderfully creative quilts. I loved seeing all your beautiful 2024 quilts and look forward to 2025!
Retirement is just the best! I really hope you have as much fun as I do! And thank you for also recognizing my daughter's role in this endeavor, this was all her idea. I had NO interest in doing this but I just love spending time with her. She is very artistic and has many creative outlets including knitting, spinning, and dyeing and she recently got a treadle sewing machine so there is also a bit of quilting happening! Thank you so much for watching!
I just love your July 11th Ohio Star quilt! I love the earthy tones in it. Your craftsmanship is outstanding! I used to drive through the Perkiomen Valley on my way to Limerick back in the early 80s. Glad I found your channel!
Thank you! I don't gravitate towards dark or earthy colors very often, but I enjoy the variety they bring to my collection. If I have the fabric, I'm going to use it!
Sue, that was great! I enjoyed this video so much; and it was hard to pick a favorite because I liked all of them so much. But that black and red quilt was gorgeous! Thank you so much. Please keep it up!!!
What a wonderful trunk show! You are very talented, and seem like a really nice quilter. I love your scrappy and somewhat masculine aesthetic on a lot of your quilts.
Really like your blue and green scrappy quilt. I’m mostly a scrappy person. Use lots of men’s shirts. If you have watched Catbird Quilts, she does also.
Lovely quilt show. Your piecing is perfection. Amazing quantity of quilts completed this year in that you pieced the quilts and more unbelievable is that you hand quilt them too.
Hi Dave! I just love your channel and I love your attitude towards quilting. I think we may have some overlap in that area, we don't have to always follow all the RULES! I have done plenty of unconventional things in my day so I'm glad to see you expanding the idea of what a "proper" quilt is. Main thing in my mind is Just Have Fun! Oh, and I also tried my hand at cyanotype (because of you) but my images are not as clear as yours were. I will still use it somehow, some way. . .
WOW Susan, you need to give yourself a big hug. That was AMAZING!! I too am retired and started quilting when I retired almost 18 years ago. Most of my quilts go to charity at my Guild. I really enjoy making something to brighten someone's life or improving their circumstances at the time. I think about that every time I make one. Your videos are so helpful, so motivating and your love of what you do shines through like you wouldn't believe. I can't wait to see what 2025 brings and I have so many ideas floating around in my head right now. Thank you for finding your new line of work which gives you and all of us so much joy. God bless.
I am so glad there are so many generous quilters in the world like you! I have also made some for charity, and donated some after catastrophic events like fires and hurricanes, and 9/11. Keep up the good work! I am certain they are valued and appreciated!
Amazing just amazing! You have some beautiful quilts! You are truly an artist! Thank you for sharing your art! I can’t wait to see what you show me in 2025! Lovely, lovely work! No it’s. THANK YOU!
Hello from the Netherlands. This must be a good time of year for you, as it is for me, to cuddle up in a quilt and to work on making new ones. Happy New Year from me to YOU!
I am so happy and excited to see your finished quilts and the story behind each quilt. You are such an inspiration. Thank you for showing us your beautiful quilts/ works of Love & Art put together. 🙂❤️🧵 🪡
Greetings from New Zealand. I greatly admire your productivity. Finding it difficult to find a favourite but love the richness of your tie quilt and have found inspiration from your brown starry quilt. Thanks.
Welcome from New Zealand! Every time I hear your country mentioned, it is always about the stunning landscape and scenery! It sounds gorgeous! Thank you for watching me from so far away!
I have been pleasantly surprised to see how many frugal quilters are out there. I feel we are not really seen or represented in public forums, so I'm glad we are connecting here. Thank you so much for watching!
What a lovely look back on your year. That Jacobs Ladder quilt is stunning. And the flying geese with the black background, amazing. All of your quilts were beautiful. Thank you so much for sharing your talent with us. I get so excited when I see a new video from you or a post on Instagram.
Thank you for your feedback. I was also very happy with the Jacobs Ladder quilt. It's hard to choose a favorite since I have invested so much time and energy in each one.
You are the master!! 👏🏻 I enjoyed your show of finishes; so much pretty! I think what I love so much about you is that your quilts are your own. You don’t feel the need to make the latest trendy quilts that we see over and over and over again on UA-cam. Your quilts are traditional and original and made from scraps or from whatever you have. That’s what I love! You have a great eye for putting fabrics and colors together. Cute kitty baby you have! ❤
Thank you! You have really summed up what kind of quilts I make. I always gravitate towards antique or traditional patterns, I love the simple patterns and the repetition of blocks. I have no desire to keep up with the latest trends, although I admit that I love all quilts and I often see so many that I would love to make. . . but there's only so much time!
Oh Sue! Such gorgeous quilts! You are such an inspiration to me! I think this was my favorite video so far 😊. Thank you so much for sharing your passion and your beautiful works of art. I can’t wait to retire! It’s hard to get very much done when you leave for work at 6:45 in the morning and get home at 6:00 in the evening 😕. Thanks again, Shellie
Shellie, that is such a long day. You have got to be exhausted when you get home. My summertime schedule was very similar, except that I would leave my house at 4am! I worked in construction and summers were always the busy season. I hope you can find small amounts of time here and there to do a little something for YOU. It's so important !!
I really enjoy seeing and hearing the wonderful stories for each of your beautiful, scrappy quilts. Thanks for sharing your journey with us. Have a Blessed New Year.💕
You certainly are ONE TALENTED lady. Thank you for sharing your beautiful quilts. I love your energy. You are definitely an inspiration for the rest of us. ❤. A special thank you to your daughter for recording these videos. ❤❤
That was a wonderful conclusion of 2024. Please thank your daughter for all of us out here to get to enjoy you and your quilts. She does a beautiful job. Thank you for sharing with us. Can you keep me Inspired.
I'm so happy to share with you and thank you for also recognizing my daughter. I also think she does a wonderful job and none of this would be possible without her help!
What a show, these are magnificent and so inspiring. I love that you use all the scraps, rescue blocks and fabric and tops. It is a delight to watch you shows. Lovely that your daughter films you, she does an excellent job. Looking forward to following along in 2025, Happy New Year.
Thank you so much for your lovely feedback. I will definitely pass along your appreciation to my daughter as well. After all, she is the reason this channel exists in the first place!
GIRL!!! You are an amazing quilter!!! I love your style and techniques. Your layouts are beautiful. I can't believe how many quilts you finished in a year.
Thank You! I am so appreciative of all the lovely comments, and I'm a bit surprised considering how I never follow a pattern and always work on whatever strikes my fancy at the moment!
You & your quilts are amazing❣️I love your ending comment….it is very obvious that you love the art of quilting (as you stated) & you hope that we love the projects we are working on, too ❤ God bless you in 2025❣️Can’t wait to see all that you make!! 🥰
I truly believe that the act of being creative, and making something yourself is a balm for the soul. No matter what you make, and no matter what your abilities.
I can't imagine being able to finish so many large quilts in just one year! Like you, I'm retired, and 2024 was a productive year: besides several lap quilts, I finished bed-size quilt tops and managed to get 12 of them quilted and bound. I really like that you repurpose many fabrics to use in quilts, and I think all your quilts are lovely (including Ollie's quilt :). So glad I found your channel!
I often love and am as inspired by the backs of your quilts as the front. As a new quilter, frugality is the word of the year for me. I absolutely love the brown quilt! It’s my favorite of all of these, although I love them all! Thanks to you and your daughter for the great videos and inspiration! I never thought I could be a “real” quilter until I started watching your videos! ❤
I do my pieced backs out of necessity, because I can't afford to buy 108" fabric, but it has turned out to be a pleasant surprise for me when I see the expression on someone's face when they notice it. It's like a little bonus! I will tell my daughter that you appreciate her work as well, I couldn't do this without her. Please think of yourself as a REAL quilter, no matter how new you are to it. I hope you have a year of fun in your sewing space as you continue to learn and try new things!
I was also surprised to see how much I got done last year! Let's see what this year brings! I am a firm believer that doing a little something every day is how the big things get done. And I love what I do!
You’re simply amazing and so talented! I do love your frugality and creative use of scraps. All of your quilts are beautiful. Thank you for the trunk show. I’m inspired now!
I'm sorry, I didn't use a pattern. I bought an orphan block at a fabric sale and used that for inspiration. Theirs was constructed differently, and oddly. . . . so I modified it. Don't look too closely at mine, some of my points might be missing. . . But I love the final result anyway.
Your quilts are fantastic! Scrap quilts are what I have always thought of when someone says quilts. Will be 'borrowing some of your ideas too! Thank you for sharing!
Such a fun collection for the year. Each quilt i😊s its own treasure of scrappy goodness! I have so enjoyed watching your videos this year- thank you for taking us along with your quilting journey! I already am looking forward to see what 2025 brings! Best wishes to you for 2025’s journey!
I concur with all other comments! Fabulous! I am so inspired by your work and have recently looked at my shirt fabric stash and wondered what shall I do with them? Now I have the inspiration and thank you so much for sharing your wonderful work. Looking forward to seeing more of your work.
I am so glad to pass along some inspiration to you and I hope it continues to flow through the quilting community. I was originally inspired by Bonnie Hunter's use of men's shirts so I can't claim that it originated with me. I love the idea of using conventional AND non-conventional fabrics in quilts.
Thank you very much for sharing your 2024 completion projects. I hope that you continue we see more and more of you because you are very talented and generous.
Happy New Year. Thank you so much for sharing your trunk how, and on that note, how do you do it. I mean, organize your day to get it done? If I have a project in mind , I usually can get organized and get it done. I know you have boxes of scrapes, and boxes of organized colors, but how do you start and keep on going? Do you grab some scrap and just sew, Do you have something planed and in mind. Do you only work from a pattern? I guess I want to get the most out of my sewing day. You seem to get so much done on your quilting journey. A day In the life of “Bits and peace’s” would be so great to watch. Right now I have squares cut, sorted by color and I’m like you I want to use what I have. You have given me hope but now I need a push.
Hello! I always begin my day with some hand quilting. Sometimes it's only a short amount of time, and sometimes it turns into a very large amount. I also have at least one very active project in my sewing room and I move there after I've quilted and need to get up and stretch and spend some time on my feet. I also usually have a secondary quilt project that is not the priority, but that gets worked on a little at a time. And then of course, there is always the scrap management. For instance, I just finished a quilt and had to trim all the edges before applying the binding. I take care of those leftover pieces within a day or two, and the small pieces of batting too. I save and reuse as much as possible!
I have enjoyed each and every one of your videos this year and look forward to seeing what beautiful quilts you make in the coming year. Wishing you health and happiness in the new year.
Ollie!!! he is very cautious when my daughter is here helping me. She was the 'bad' person who helped me get him in a cage for his vet visits and he has not forgotten that! haha!!!
I am so excited as this video has just popped up :D I already clicked 'Like' as I know I am going to enjoy it. Right, time to settle down and watch the treat in store. I hope you had a wonderful Christmas and have a magical 2025 :)
I love your channel. I like hearing about your thought processes and thrifty fabric finds. It's fun seeing all your quilts. I had to rewind cuz I missed a bit. So far I think quilt #4 is my favorite. And I agree with you, the green adds a lot of interest. It wouldn't have been as interesting with just the blue scraps. And yeah, Dave's Craft Room is super entertaining and refreshing.
I'm glad you like how the green pops in that quilt! Sometimes you never know how it will look in the end but I have become more willing to take chances and follow my instincts. Sometimes it pays off, and sometimes not. Oh well, that's my life in my sewing room, but I'm having fun!
I have a feeling that you are already very productive!
I have never seen anyone Hand Quilt so many, in ONE year! Incredible!
My secret is that I don't leave my house very often! And Ollie is also a big help!
You are an AMAZING talent! Thank you for sharing your beautiful quilts with us. Thanks to the person behind the camera, too. Good job!
My daughter is the one behind the camera, she has a very artistic eye!
I love your quilts and how you resource your material. You have a great eye. I love your channel and I can't wait to see what you are going to do in 2025. God Bless You.
Thank you! I promise it will be scrappy!
You have an amazing talent and eye to put things together. All your quilts are beautiful! The “brown” quilt just sparkles!

I just love all your quilts. You really have an eye. I hope you are labeling all of them so that people in the future will know who made them.❤
I agree!
Thank you!
Oh my! They all are soooo beautiful! I am in awe that you could make that many quilts in a year!
My secret is that I love being at home, and I love everything quilting!
No words can describe how beautiful your quilts are. You have done a fantastic job and I love looking at your quilts. You are such an inspiration and I love watching your videos. Thank you for sharing.
Thank you for such lovely feedback! I am amazed at the kind spirit in our shared quilting community!
Beautiful quilts! Well done you! 🎉
Well done. That's a lot of quilts. They're all beautiful too.
Thank you! I was surprised to have finished that many.
Just beautiful! So enjoy your channel!
Thank you!

Thank you
so much. Please keep it up!!!
Thank you-- I really love that one too!
My sister and I are quilters, we love your channel and your joy of quilting!
I'm so glad!
What a wonderful trunk show! You are very talented, and seem like a really nice quilter. I love your scrappy and somewhat masculine aesthetic on a lot of your quilts.
I love that you get to wake up every morning excited to do what you love. 🙂
Really like your blue and green scrappy quilt. I’m mostly a scrappy person. Use lots of men’s shirts. If you have watched Catbird Quilts, she does also.
Glad to hear from so many fellow scrappy quilters! I have also watched Catbird Quilts, I'm so glad that we are all here inspiring each other!
Love your channel. Thank you for sharing your wonderful quilts. I wish we were neighbors!😊❤
I have been thinking the same too but you have said the quiet part out loud.
If we were neighbors, we could share scraps!
Thanks for sharing your quilts and ideas! Love your videos!!
Lovely quilt show. Your piecing is perfection. Amazing quantity of quilts completed this year in that you pieced the quilts and more unbelievable is that you hand quilt them too.
Anazing!!!
Thank you! I'm really happy with how many quilts I managed to get done this year, too. Thank you for your kind words!
Ha ! thanks for the shoutout... So cool to clock myself in a video 😆 and btw... I like your version of the tie quilt even better than my own 🤣
Oh, and I also tried my hand at cyanotype (because of you) but my images are not as clear as yours
were.
God bless.
I just joined a guild a year ago and Sue has so many great ideas for using scraps, I know I'll borrow some of her tips for my own charity quilts ❤
I am so glad there are so many generous quilters in the world like you! I have also made some for charity, and donated some after catastrophic events like fires and hurricanes, and 9/11. Keep up the good work! I am certain they are valued and appreciated!
Thank you so much for the quilt show. It was so inspiring and I love your color sense and how you let your scraps tell you what to do next.
Thanks! It's a good way for me to stay on top of my scraps, and keep them from getting out of hand.
As always, your quilts are beautiful. Thanks for the show and tell.
Thank you!
Amazing just amazing! You have some beautiful quilts! You are truly an artist! Thank you for sharing your art! I can’t wait to see what you show me in 2025! Lovely, lovely work! No it’s. THANK YOU!
I'm so glad you enjoyed it! I'm already working on things for 2025, and I'm excited to show them to you.
Happy new year ! Love your quilts and your stories and proces of making them. Greetings from the Netherlands 🙂
Thank you! It's fun to look back at the year's work. Sometimes I surprise myself at how much I accomplished!
Such an awesome quilt showing . They are all so amazing . So much love and time in each one . Blessings
Thank you, I'm glad you enjoyed it!
Your quilts are so beautiful, I’m a frugal quilter too! I really enjoy your channel! Happy New Year 🎉
I have been pleasantly surprised to see how many frugal quilters are out there.
Awesome job!!! Awesome quilts! I would love to spend more time quilting. ❤
Thanks! I hope you enjoy all the quilting time you can get your hands on!
I sure enjoy your videos. Thank you
Thank you so much for watching!
Your designs really inspire me to be creative with my layouts. Thank you for sharing your beautiful quilts.
I appreciate you saying that! I am always looking in books, magazines, and online at quilts for ideas.
Have a Blessed New Year.💕
I like the stories too!
They say every quilt has a story, and I think they do! Thank you so much for watching, and I hope you have a wonderful New Year!
You certainly are ONE TALENTED lady. Thank you for sharing your beautiful quilts. I love your energy. You are definitely an inspiration for the rest of us. ❤. A special thank you to your daughter for recording these videos. ❤❤
I will pass along your appreciation for my daughter. And thank you so much for watching!
Omg your quilts are stunning! Thanks so much for sharing them with us ❤
Your an inspiration
I love your quilts! Original and beautiful! I absolutely love scrap quilting and you take it to the next level -- truly an art!
Thank you so much! I'm so glad you liked the quilts.
@fromsmallthings509 that's what makes your work unique.
Your quilts are so beautiful! I really enjoyed this video.
I absolutely love your channel. Love seeing all your fabulous gorgeous quilts. Thank you!! Happy New Year!
Thank you so much, I'm glad you enjoy them!
You are gifted. Thank you for sharing your craft.
Thank you so much!
I love watching.xx🐺🐝🐝
I can't imagine being able to finish so many large quilts in just one year! Like you, I'm retired, and 2024 was a productive year: besides several lap quilts, I finished bed-size quilt tops and managed to get 12 of them quilted and bound. I really like that you repurpose many fabrics to use in quilts, and I think all your quilts are lovely (including Ollie's quilt :). So glad I found your channel!
Im so glad to hear that you finished so many quilts in a year! I feel like the whole world needs a creative outlet as satisfying as quilting is to us!
Thank you for that eye candy. What a treat! I am amazed at how prolific you are!
Loved the 2024 quilt show and tell! WOW! So beautiful and how you manage to get so much done is mind boggling! Your work is very inspiring! ❤
I was also surprised to see how much I got done last year! Let's see what this year brings! I am a firm believer that doing a little something every day is how the big things get done. And I love what I do!
Such beauties. Thank you for sharing your creations. Inspiring!
Thank you so much for sharing your great talent. You're an amazing lady with great talent.
Thank you so much!
I luv luv luv the July brown quilt, it scream snuggle up in me
You’re simply amazing and so talented! I do love your frugality and creative use of scraps. All of your quilts are beautiful. Thank you for the trunk show. I’m inspired now!
I'm so glad you enjoyed the show! There will be more to come, I am always working on something!
I love Jan quilt and mens ties quilt❤
Wow! Do you have a pattern for the 1" star? Or maybe a tutorial?
I'm sorry, I didn't use a pattern. I bought an orphan block at a fabric sale and used that for inspiration. Theirs was constructed differently, and oddly. . . . so I modified it. Don't look too closely at mine, some of my points might be missing. . . But I love the final result anyway.
Your quilts are fantastic! Scrap quilts are what I have always thought of when someone says quilts. Will be 'borrowing some of your ideas too! Thank you for sharing!
I'm so glad-- borrow any ideas you like! I'm so glad to hear there are many scrap lovers out there.
I love all of your quilts and enjoyed you sharing your thoughts while making the quilts!
WOW. Your are amazing.
Your work is very inspiring as a quilter. Thank you for sharing! Cheryl
Thank you!

Lucky cat, to live in a house full of quilts!
Lucky cat, to live in a house full of quilts!
Love the first quilt! I haven’t done any pieced backs. Always admire them❤
WO….I am so impressed with your gorgeous quilts. Thank you for sharing your2024 bounty!
I'm so glad you enjoyed it!
Such a fun collection for the year. Each quilt i😊s its own treasure of scrappy goodness! I have so enjoyed watching your videos this year- thank you for taking us along with your quilting journey! I already am looking forward to see what 2025 brings! Best wishes to you for 2025’s journey!
Thank you so much for your kind words-- I'm already working on some new plans for 2025! I hope you also have a fun and creative New Year!
I put projects in “timeout”too! 😂
Sometimes that's what they need! haha!
Sue is so inspiring!! I’m going to try to be more like her also!! I love these quilts!
Amazing quilts and your color sense is fantastic!
Thank you!
Thank you! I certainly plan to keep making videos in 2025. Thank you for watching!
You are so talented!!! I’d love to watch you make some of them. Thanks for sharing your beautiful quilts
You are very inspirational. Great quilts.
A day
In the life of “Bits and peace’s” would be so great to watch.
Your quilts are Beautiful! Thank you for your inspiration to finish my many UFO's.🥰
Thank you for watching! I hope you can finish some of your UFO's, it's such a satisfying feeling of accomplishment!
I have enjoyed each and every one of your videos this year and look forward to seeing what beautiful quilts you make in the coming year. Wishing you health and happiness in the new year.
This was so enjoyable! Thank you!!! ❤️
Love her inspiration. I'm going to make bias binding for first time after watching Sue.❤
I am glad you are going to give it a try!
Your intro and outro are beautiful! Ooohhh, more kitty, please!
Ollie!!! he is very cautious when my daughter is here helping me. She was the 'bad' person who helped me get him in a cage for his vet visits and he has not forgotten that! haha!!!
@@fromsmallthings509 😂
Wow 16! 🩷💙🩵

Thank you so much--- Have a Happy New Year!
Ollie's scrap quilt is a favorite. I'd like to get a good photo of it for careful study and reproducing.
I'm glad you like it! I'm sure that pattern would look nice in lots of different color combinations.
Hi Sue - I watched your video again this morning. I am so inspired. Embarrassed to mention how many times I’ve watched it. Thanks for what you do.
Thank you for watching!
I’m not sure how I found your channel but I want to say I enjoy watching your videos so very much! ❤ Thank you for sharing your quilting journey!❤❤
Thank you for joining me Laura!
Thank you for explaining process for your designs.
Wow! That's a lot of quilts. Love them all❤
I love your channel.
All of your quilts are so beautiful!!!
