I'm just discovering the Irish, Scottish, Welch, English... singers. They are more "COUNTRY" than U.S. singers anymore. Our good Country singers have almost all died. It's not even good "COUNTRY ROCK" here anymore. And it's disappointing, no it's VERY SAD that the Australian (sorry, I can't think of his name) Somebody Like You/Blue Aunt Your Color-singer has dropped the REAL COUNTRY (w/banjo style) music & has gone from that great stuff he started out with to having joined the other NEW COUNTRY- or whatever they call it here now.
BUT, I'm really surprised, amazed at, & I'm enjoying the FOREIGN COUNTRY MUSIC/SINGERS!!!! Their COUNTRY ROCK is more country than what they CALL COUNTRY is here now.!!!!
