Would you ever consider making a video specifically about the "Pathogenesis of Hypercortisolemia", which is the underlying cause of Cushing's Syndrome? Thank you for explaining so clearly and helping me to understand my type 1D. I also have very high Anti - GAD antibodies [over 2000] and have SPS. I could swear I have had the SPS since1991 but the type 1D only since 2006. How could it be this way round though, does it mean my Beta cells were extra resistant? Was it just bad luck they succumbed to the anti-GAD antibodies? Many thanks!
