Honestly you probably won’t have much luck finding urethane for under 20. I would recommend teak and abstract for 20-30 range

ill pills have some resin wheels and so do some other brands-- But yeah, resin is rare.
Yea since posting this I’ve discovered resin is a little more out there than I thought but definitely the rarer material to be used for fb wheels
