The voiceover guy was Todd Pettingell
"Bret went home..." (shows footage of him on the Rhine embankment promenade in Germany).
That's my kind of comedy! I don't even care if it was intentional or not, it's funny.
24:07 sycho sid kip up was pretty deadly
I was 9 years old in 1996 and I remember going to the Garden with my family to see this and I remember being so pissed when Sid power bombed Shawn Michaels and won the belt
Honestly Steve Austin's in ring ability is underrated by fans. I feel like fans only seen him as a brawler. Which is a shame because before his neck injury he was a fantastic technical wrestler
I really dig the idea of the ppvs getting their own videos for reliving the war.
Amazing night, I was blessed to be in MSG that night💯
If you have not subscribed to this channel then now is the time. This is the best wrestling channel on UA-cam. No bias at all. Just straight facts. Tells it like it is. Shows it like it is. Always good quality stuff and always on time.
I would like to apologize to you for not being subscribed earlier. I always watch your videos and I guess I assumed I was already subscribed. I am now. You do such a great job. Fair and unbiased.
Would be great if you did this for every PPV going forward you legend!
Best wrestling channel on youtube. I don't know how good you're reading is, but i just said that wrestling bios is the best wrestling channel on youtube. What? I said, the best damn wrestling channel on youtube and that's all i got to say about that.
I hope you’re going to do this for every PPV as we go through Reliving The War!
That would just slow it down you know?
@@exquisitelemonade3039 No he puts out a video every Sunday anyway on top of Reliving The War. Just whenever we get to a PPV that will be the Sunday video. No break in RTW necessary
when I was a kid I was always a WCW fan so I missed all these WWF ppv's so please feel free to review more of these
Rocky Maivia's debut. Jimmy snuka appearing and Stone Cold Vs Bret was one of the best matches of 1996. A Very good PPV.
This is a fantastic idea and a great way to get pumped for the Reliving the War series. I now hope you do this for all the future PPVs including WCW events.
Never forget that WCW PPV when Sid was in the main event and it only lasted a few mins until he broke his leg.
"I owe so much to Bret, at that time I'd never come across a another top guy who didn't want to bury you, we were told to have the match Bret would win but to make me look good, what Bret put together was above and beyond what he had to do" Stone Cold Steve Austin.
Great upload. Still one of my very favorite channels on the platform keep up the great work WB ^_^
I recently watched this ppv on one of my tagged classics and it was a great show with lots of history being made. The Rock made his debut as Rocky Maivia and little did we know, he would become one of the biggest household names on the planet
Undertaker Vs Mankind was a great match and one of the most underrated in their long rivalry, I loved Undertaker's all leather attire, he looked pretty cool.
Bret Hart Vs Stone Cold was really good and helped set the stage for their Wrestlemania 13 classic.
Sycho Sid Vs Shawn Michaels was a lot of fun to watch, I still remember the fans booing HBK out of the building and popped hard when Sid hit him with the camera and pinned him to win the world title in the main event.
A great review into one of the best ppv's of 1996 👍
Bro I love all your videos...I've been subscribed for a little over a month and I go back to try and watch and like all your videos...I wish you much success my brother...
I just noticed the set built behind Steve Austin is made of cheap vinyl flooring, I think they were going for a brick appearance but it just looks like chopped up cheap vinyl from my auntie's house circa 1991. WWF in the 90's was a strange animal. Sorry for mentioning this because once you see it you can't stop focusing on it. Great video as always my friend.
Wrestling Bios, Botchamania and OSW... it's the wrestlemania weekend of UA-cam! A winner is us! 😂
Bret Hart vs Steve austin survivor series match was a set for probably the greatest wrestling of all time
I wonder whatever happened to that Rocky Maivia guy.
Probably selling insurance or something. Just another washed up football player.
I just rolled a blunt and needed something to watch 🙏🏻 you never fail to give quality content
