I’ve had 4 Shar pei, I like other Shar pei owner can’t see anything wrong with him/her. It’s normal to have the vertical wrinkles along their flanks. This dog eyes look in very healthy. I have a male at the moment that will whinge and whine if I’m late by 5mins taking him out for his walk.
That dog was very well taken care of it live to be 12 years old and for idiots saying it was skinny don't no anything about Shar pei dogs they all look like that...
Does their eyes water a lot? Looks like a lot of dirt n much on the eyes!! From my experience with our Shar Pei you need to see if their eye lids have curled into the eye from the weight of the wrinkles! If so they need an Eye Lift! We had to do that for ours, its cheap n easy, the vet did it and it fixed the watery gunky eye.
well i dont think he is sick , the dark points near his eyes are becuse of surgery , mine has those too , when they grow up theyr head might not grow as fast as theyr skin so u need to go to vet to cut some of it ..... but u should take the dog out .....

Mike my sharpie dog is mostly dark, even on nose, I see normal well treated ones can also be white
