Is there anything you can do to mimic this and work your movements ( pak sau ) if you don't have a partner or wooden dummy? Like shadow boxing for boxers but instead pak sau for wing chun. Thank you Sifu.
Copy the movements, but do it with the mindset of a boxer who is shadow boxing. Visualize an opponent standing in front of you. You pak him, he block, you under lop, pak, cover, and punch. Do it on the right side and left side. Your reflexes will become faster.
He did have videos a full set , years ago, how can I get it ...need to go back to wing Chun last 8 years been hell..anyone know ???
You can order the videos from here: cranesproduction.net/product-category/dvd/

@@KongNator You got it.
You can also do shadow boxing in front of a big mirror, so that you can watch and adjust your moves easier.
