I have one customer that is so hard to schedule a visit with. I typically text him the day before and let him know that I'm coming. I do this because I like for him to know my arrival day and time, so that he can bring his German shepherd into the house, from the back yard. He almost never acknowledges, or when he does, he tells me that he won't be there, so there will be no way to access the back yard (because of the dog). So it's always a challenge with this customer on every single visit. On top of that, he doesn't pick up his dogs poop. Needless to say, he's probably about to be dropped. Having said that, he's in a wheelchair and I know he needs me, and likes me, and needs the help. It's a tough one. Maybe an uncharge for pet waste.
