I checked out several versions of this song done as fingerstyle guitar as well as the piano versions. This one IMHO is the most authentic and captures the mood of the original piano piece. If you want to try something fun, play the "Let It Go - Frozen (Idina Menzel) [Piano Tutorial] {Synthesia)" video (posted by Marioverehrer) in another window along with this one. Although Gareth's tempo is a bit slower in the beginning half, which means you'll have to pause the piano piece now and then to keep them synched, you'll see that he's nailed it pretty much note for note, a pretty good feat on guitar considering it's a piano piece. Well, I'm impressed anyway. Great job Gareth!

Hey Gareth, II just want to inform you that I am using your guitar lessons to teach some kids in an orphanage. As a gimmick to teach these children english (not their first language), we are dissecting lyrics and getting the kids to sing along. Thanks for helping me out. These kids are still crazy for Let It Go. I am still struggling, but I got the first verse and first chorus down. I am stuck since I am trash with the slaps. Thank god, that is all the kids know.
