It's on his recent streams if you want the full thing but basically he sniped Ian with a counter to get top 1, win traded and in the crl warm-up basically got tilted and said that Ian got lucky and that's why he won

No, Light does not consider Ian a rival. He's much better and he wasn’t trying in these matches. LIGHT actually won 15 to 4 (check royal api) but Ian wants people to think he's as good as the goat so he won't show the other matches.
