You both work very hard and you should be proud. Stop cutting the branches off the fruit trees. Those branches die and can no longer produce fruit for you in the future or in the next season. Cutting too many branches off trees can traumatize the tree. If the tree does not die, branches may not regrow where you removed them and again you will not have any fruit for future use. This is not pruning; it is just chopping at the tree to get at the fruit.
Branches grow back every year and the tree's fruit every year. Everyone collects' this fruit in the same way. Just look how big the trees grow. Not to traumatised. You need to learn a little more about Vietnam and its people. They are amazing people and deserve respect and admiration.

I love the drill thing idea! Vietnam passed a law they don't want them cutting the trees, it cuts into the food production. Bamboo grows a 1000 times faster than the tree you could have just made bamboo scaffolding in an hour rather than cut the tree.
Stupidest answer I have ever heard, Kong did not kill the tree, he cut branches to harvest fruits and branches grows again. This is village, not town. If you don't know, just shut up. All villagers also know, if we don't cut branches, the tree will not grow new fruits. New branches sprouts new fruits. Don't act clever and talk nonsense
