I spent a few weeks hiking in 2018 near Tanquary Fiord. Great scenery, nice critters. 😀

I had the great good fortune to spend a summer in Eureka as a college student in 1968. Collecting fossils and climbing up these mountains. Photographing wildlife and enjoying true wilderness. We were half way between Montreal and Moscow

Nanuk is the king of the High Arctic. It is heartbreaking that we destroy his habitat. Without ice, he cannot hunt.

I loved your photographs thankyou for showing them. I dream about the fossil forest on Ellesmere island, although I've never been there.
What is the flower shaped rock? Is that fossilised desert rose? I'm intrigued. Did you manage to identify it?

a small suggestion.. this slide show goes a little too fast for the viewer to really take a good look at the photography. If you could go at half the speedit is now it would give viewers time to observe better. Great work on an under reported part of Canada. Thanks for what you have done here.

I originally made this video for my crew. I had over 1500 pictures all beautiful. At 4 seconds a picture it still went over 10 minutes.
