bila jem marah, bila orang buat MRT untuk kebaikan akan datang pun marah,,, kau nak ape sebenarnya?? kau nak pintu doroemon ke?? buka pintu terus ke KL Sentral, buka pintu terus ke KLIA, buka pintu terus ke Bukit Bintang,,,, kalau kau nak yang tu,,,, pergi Jepun bertapalah kat sana,,,,
I pretty sure this is the old video for explaining BB MRT construction process. Current construction in Bukit Bintang doesn't involve any demolition but required street displacement only.
The density of KL town is unavoidable , improvement must take place someway somehow for the betterment of all of us and for our kids , lets look from that standpoint.
jalan akan tetap semak jugak bang, tujuan ada mrt ni adalah sbg alternatif dan mengurangkan semak samun atas jalan raya. new york, london, singapore, dan lain2 bandar ada jgak mrt masing2 tapi jalan masih sesak. kita xnak 20 tahun dari skrang kalau ada emergency nak kena masuk KL, terpaksa jgak redah 500km punya jem macam sao paolo dkat brazil skrang. ok?
Mak aku minta kontraktor kami buat kan rumah 3 tingkat, pastu satu tingkat benam bawah tanah utk dapur n stor. Tp kontraktor geleng kepala kata mak aku request bnda giler. Hahaha.. Station ni stedy jer 4 tingkat bawah tanah.hahaha
I was actually excited for the demolition and redevelopment, but after looking at the new video, it sucks that it's not happening :/ they also scrapped the plans for the underground links to Pavilion and those other buildings :'(
John Mouse no need redevelopment i guess... since bukit bintang famous with its own attraction old styles shop lots, arab street. no need to be too modern. klcc area should be enough. underground pedestrian tunnel now under construction
Alif Amsyar If there is redevelopment which is building a shopping mall like bb plaza then it is essential, then only more people will come to this area
But the REALITY is totally different! 'Building demolition'? Nothing, In KL it's ok to demolish fine historical buildings but not ugly ones containing MacDonalds & KFC. So no new station and linked shopping complex, and they have to dig directly underneath Jl Bkt Bintang - where the traffic, always bad, is now terrible. 'Shoppers can still walk in safety and comfort'? 'Comprehensive management plan'? Dream on! I was so optimistic about the MRT before. Now I fear the reality will be a sad one.
