If you are. a new Excel user, learning can be an overwhelming experience. One issue you may be struggling with is how to fit a block of text inside a cell without the overflow becoming hidden.
Fortunately, there's a quick fix using the "wrap text" feature.
Directions:
👉 Select the cell with overflow text
👉 Choose "Format Cells"
👉 Select "Alignment"
👉 Select "Wrap Text"
Thank you so much for the info and you even went out of your way to screen record your computer to show us the steps to do it with you at the back explaining how things work one by one. I appreciate your contribution. You helped me a lot with this kind of video.
This was sooooo easy to follow. Thank you. I feel confident now doing my work project tomorrow
Thanks buddy, This works for normal text that goes outside the cell
Glad it helped. I don’t use Excel a ton so when I find something that solves a problem I was having I always try to share!
They should teach this stuff in school
Thanks! A great help :)
I've been looking all over the internet for 20 minutes how to do the opposite of what you're talking about, and get my text to only show what you're already showing which is just a small part of it
Did you ever find the answer? I've been looking as well 😂
@@standupgamer117 yes, the answer was, have text in the column to the right or left of it. It's that way by default
@@jefffairchild1854 Thank you very much for the reply. Appreciate it!
