+Miku meow heart gives you two things, higher hp and the huge regen. Octarine gives you much more flexibility, heal from radiance, more time to farm (lower cd on ult so he doesn't have to be near his team as much), pushing with lower manta cd, lower bkb and abyssal as well so I think it is a much better choice.
+Shawn SYKW its a infused flowering shade set w/a partial flowing entropy ribbon, i got that that alaso except for the ribbon can't find it anymore in marketplace
+Emilio Vilches pretty sure that weather effect is Harvest. Also you might want to check you're using the Advanced settings in the video options and see if there's anything unchecked that should be
looks like a game just made for a youtoube video, you would never have a alchemist offlane against a trilane. miracle has great shoelicking supports every game, easy to play that way!
I'd say his mechanics for spec were fine, looking at 275 last hits at 30minutes is great. The dire kept hunting him mid game to try stop him from reaching end game spec. It took 3 players to take him down at all times, this means space was created for the rest of the team. In the end, he's a good player regardless of your precious kda.

He even let a set of rax fall for nothing, did like 300 damage to the tower in his "split push". if his enemies would have gotten an abyssal he would have died very easily.
really sloppy play... never actually uses his urn charges in the early game (only once defensively on himself..), doesn't use his ult to escape ganks when he could, doesn't see enemy heroes approaching him in the jungle cuz he's moving the camera around too much, never uses butterfly active.... not impressed tbh. His team secured him free farm, Ebola spirit was the real play maker
