T-mi you are missing so much in your video. First, while Magnetic Pulse stacks only 5 times, it stacks 5 times per hero and 5 times per Magnetic Field PER hero. Second his damage is 3x80% missiles but they can proc off 9 stacks not 6 like Bryn. Same with the Magnetic Pulses… he can apply Pulse not only from 9 stacks but all troop types can apply these Pulses. This allows you to run Encirclement and get up to 27 pulses instead of 18 with Bryn at es5. It also allows you to run NO Encirclement and run Duke or Shinji that are heroes that trigger from all 9 stacks and this allows 9 stacks for Quily and Nelle since their active skill only triggers off Army… you should be pushing this hero for ES5 players because it be better than Bryn at ES7… so anyone that missed Bryn but got Nelle this is a must hero so you can skip pushing Bryn!

What’s most interesting is Quily’s passive skill works in ALL unit types. In my opinion Quily is more like a colab hero than Storm shadow because from this perspective Quily is a semi-universal hero like Crimsom.
One thing you didn't note was that the Bryn 3rd row higher HP buff pairs well with Strikers damage spread to the 3rd row. So if you are running a Striker, Nelle, Bryn main, Quilly may not be worth the investment
I would test Nelly (she is magnet pulse) with Asuka and then with Quily. Indestructible heroes can be skipped in testing, as they don't affect it. Second option would be Po with Asuka (completely universal) vs Po with Quily, so we can measure how much we lose if we don't go with Nelle. If you go with indestructible hero, it can be any, but just keep it the same. Idea is to test synergy between Nelle and Quily, and how much better is army only combination vs completely universal combo. I think that Quily is about 30-40% better than Brynhildr.
Your 2 most important videos in recent weeks, imho, were the flagged 'Hero Changes' and introduction of a new 'Liberty Star System'. Any updates on these two topics?
