Do 2 to 3 of each over 20m ... if there are drills for the left and right leg then 1-2 reps. It will also depend on the overall balance of the workout and what else is being done. These drills need to be performed well, at speed, so we do not want fatigue to affect the outcome. Thanks for the question.
@Johnshepherdtrackcoach Thanks, John. Unfortunately, I have an almost complete tear of the posterior horn of the medial meniscus. Have you ever come across anyone who has fully recovered from this injury without surgery?
I am 66 years old and actively participate in athletics..I suffered median miniscus tear a year back...I took complete break from all sports activities for six months and now I am back into track and doing well . 4:41 @@totallyraw1313
Sir, I am a senior person competing in masters athletic events..confused about placing the foot during take off...is it the heel to hit first? pl explain correct approach..thanks..
Yes the heel should lead the contact but it should not be too pronounced. It’s best to think of the position as flat footed. The last two steps should infant be flat-flat. I hope this helps and good luck
My speed is good enough.... I think im struggling with my take off...🥺🥺 Last year i archived bronze meddle but unfortunately im struggling too much this year... And my competition is knocking in my door....😭

You’ll get there - keep working on speed and take-off and you can’t go too far wrong.

4.5 m is very simple but i think you're physically not enough good... That's why it happened...
You have to reduce your body and try to be fit.
Never lose hope... Keep trying and get success
