If you never get symptoms, read this. I got symptoms really really quickly into listening to this. Here's probably the best way to get them. This is also going to help if you dont like waking up to an alarm to shift. So let's say you wake up in the middle of the night. You can't sleep so you decide to shift. Give it like an hour. Listen to music, watch something, play a game. Then after an hour or so, play the guided meditation. Your body will naturally try to throw itself into a lucid dream. You will get symptoms. You can either go into a lucid dream or shift just with intention. Good luck
I didn't shift or complete the method because I was so relaxed and had the deepest sleep I ever had. I'm defently using this not just for shifting Edit:this is now like a knockout thing for me, I guess if I wanna do the method I shouldn't be tired because the first twenty minutes, OUT LIKE A LIGHT.

I came so close with this method last night. My heart was racing as if I were floating/falling and I could see friends from my DR more vividly than ever before! Thank you so much for this method! You also have a very soothing voice so even though I haven't shifted just yet, I felt relaxed and well rested when I woke up! ♡
OMG GUYS I ALMOST SHIFTED (I mean at least it felt like I did) so here's what happened: I took a little break from shifting for like a week (not that much lol) and then I used this method for the 3rd time because I didn't wanna go to school lol. So I laid down and did what she said and as she was counting to 30 I felt like something is happening. and then my body started shaking like I felt like my bed was shaking yk? and then I saw a bright light like my room is being full of light and I started breathing faster and my heart raced because I was so excited. Then as she reached 50 (I repeated every number in my head (I dunno if this is helpful but I think so)) I started seeing the light again but unfortunately I opened my eyes because I thought it was a light from outside (my door is out of glass lol) but it wasn't I'll definitely try this again now and I'll update if it worked or not :)) I'm definitely motivated for shifting again now :)))

When I saw this come up for guided meditations I had a really good feeling about it, It seemed interesting since I never heard of the method before and I got really close to shifting last night! It's kinda hard to explain since I don't think I experience the common symptoms like numbness or floating but as I listened to the meditation even while I was still pretty awake I could feel my mind kinda not acknowledging my surroundings? I could feel that my body was still laying down but it was just that I was completely ignoring my surroundings in favor of imagining the river until I fell asleep (usually during these meditations I still feel connected to my surroundings) I ended up waking up at some point last night probably just a few hours before I usually wake up and I was still in that disconnected state kinda imagining things who I think we're people from my Dr but I couldn't name or put a face to, but after a moment I shook myself from that state and realized I was in my room, and simply went back to sleep. Definitely gonna try again soon!! Guess I'll use this comment as a diary for this method? Update 1: so I tried again this time, I once again did this method when I was recently awake so I could get further into the method, at some point I was getting close to falling asleep and my body sent this giant jolt, (jeez now I know how people feel when they get constant symptoms) I fell asleep shortly after. (Find it kinda funny that it usually takes me to wake up again in the morning to realize I had a shifting symptom.

I didn't shift because I had never heard of a river eddy before and was caught up on trying to visualize it 😭💀 (I also kept slipping away to my friend Eddie which was annoying) I mean I googled it the next day and saw that I was actually visualizing it correctly (which is cool ig) but the whole time i was thinking "is this an eddy? Am I visualizing this right?" And then suddenly we'd be going from 20 to 67 in the counting lmaooo. Anyways now that I know what an eddy is I'll try to focus more and shift properly!!

i used this last night and i got really close!! after saying a bit of affirmations i fell asleep but i woke up abruptly and it felt like i was falling but also like i was leaving my body and i started seeing the face of someone from my dr and my breathing for faster. i started saying affirmations again but i opened my eyes cause i was a bit scared and it almost looked like my room had faded a bit so i closed them again but the feeling started to slowly go away. i’m definitely gonna try again with this because that’s the closest i’ve ever gotten

The amount of just “no” your voice said to gender is amazing. Mans was like “ayo voice. Having gender? Heck no. Get rid of that”. As an Agender person, I want a voice like yours. A voice that just rejects Gender.
Arg this made me so happy! suggestion from me, if you have a more feminine voice, imagine as though you're speaking from as low in your stomach as possible, this will masculinise it slightly, though you will still have to play with inflection and pitch to figure it out completely. If your voice is more masculine then you want, imagine as though you're speaking from the room of your mouth, which will feminise is slightly, though you will also still have to play around with inflection and pitch. :P :) I hope this helps

First time trying: It was working, my body went numb and I felt like I was shaking while she was counting to a 100, as soon as she hit a hundred I started sinking and seeing something, it felt real but seeing while having my eyes closed freaked me out and of course my dumb ass back out, trying again soon
I’ve been trying to shift since August of last year, I’m starting to doubt it and believe that shifting isn’t real all together, but one time I got super close I guess?? I don’t know where I was but it was like I was back here, like my mind was tricking me into believing I was chilling in my CR. When I had laid down to go to sleep in that place I was like “Wait..Something isn’t right.” And then I opened my eyes to see that my room was quite literally melting and shaking, it was so disorientating. I had gotten excited because I thought I was super close to shifting, so I got up and began to walk to my door and I opened it, but it was hard to walk cuz the floor was melting and it was hard to see, so I dropped to my hands and knees (I could feel my limbs sink into the floor) and began to chant “I will be shifting to my DR, I am at my DR.” And I didn’t shift, I ended up waking up super exhausted later, but I’m pretty sure I hadda walk out of my front door to finally shift (Not sure tho) and I haven’t had any experiences like that ever since (that I can’t remember at least). This is the guided meditation I used that night btdubbs
because this is the. meditation that worked for you, you could try using it again, however, if it. doesn't feel. right, it could've just been that your energy worked well with mine ad you could try some f my other videos. (I'm not trying to like boost my vides or anything,) I've just felt that if a video works for me very well, then generally the same creator's other stuff does too.

I’ve tried a ton of methods but this one is the first time I have felt someone touch my face, I was kinda shocked from it but kept my cool somehow but a little after that I could feel the heat of a flash light on my eyes. These were the strongest symptoms I’ve had so far. Sadly 16 mins in my body felt so awake and now I can’t sit still, like I can run a marathon right now
i almost shifted with this last night!! it felt like i didn’t have a body (is that a symptom?) but i fell asleep during the counting on accident ): but i got SO CLOSE!! i used to try to shift a lot using the raven method and ppl told me that i had to not move a muscle which really threw me off because i have adhd and a tic disorder- but i’ve been trying to shift these past few nights and this got me the closest i’ve ever been (: ive only been trying to shift for three nights and i only used this once
moving is totallly a thing you can do :), If you want to turn it into something helpful, either you can imagine it's ur dr self moving, or, imagine that the current in the river is moving you.

Idk if you feel this is shifting, but i had awoken the next day after trying this, and i Felt detached and not wanting to move. I felt like i was in 2 places at once and i heard noises from both. And i felt like i was in different surroundings!

Um hi I'm back,, so I tried focusing more and shifting properly, but when I was under the water and affirming... I kinda felt suffocated, like I was actually under the water and couldn't breathe in or our or else I'd drown... Like, I couldn't get myself to breathe until I forced myself to open my eyes and break meditation... Is this normal? Or is this a sign that this method isn't for me? Idk I just haven't seen anyone else talk about feeling like they're finna die so 💀💀💀😫😫🖐🏻
I'm sorry you got scared like that, but the fact you got so much out of this probably shows that you're close. The water is meant to represent your desired reality, so try to visualize that the water is more like a barrier to your desired reality that you're slowly calmly submersing yourself into rather than something that can hurt you.

Idk if it was in my dream or not but i was half awake and i had my eyes still closed, i said an affirmation and suddenly i felt my surroundings change, i sat on a chair and i could feel everything, but when i opened my eyes i was still here

Hello! I have a question I really want to shift and I wont give up. Ive only started trying to shift recently but I constantly try to shift at night and if I dont reach my dr then ill try during the day over and over many different methods right after each other, is that ok or should I just chill a bit? Because I rly wanna shift now and I believe I can but I can usually never fall asleep or I dont feel my surroundings or anything change when I do awake methods. Im kinda impatient so I just wanna keep trying over and over.
impatience is not the key! you have to as much patience as possible. taking a break when needed is completely okay, and is tbh better for you. having a calm mental state is what you need to be able to shift. obsessing make shifting 10x harder
@@rando7157 Also for shifting you probably have 'something you can do whenever you want' for example blinking you do it when you want and don't obsess over it you just know it'll will happen
oh my god. omgggggggggggggggggg wtf, I was so fricking closeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee omgggggg I'm so happy ok so what happened was I took a nap and before that, I meditated for 10 mins (first time meditate before shifting) and like usual I chose a guided video and go to sleep, and still wasn't shifting. I woke up and was half dreaming half awake like I still remember my dream. I checked the time, turned the video off and omg I kid you nottttttttttt ahhhhhhhhhhhhh. I was about to go to sleep again dream more and I did, as I was dreaming my mind was a little bit awake so I said "fuck, this dream is bad" (because I was half awake and still wanna dream more so at that point I just created it on my own), so I said that and I thought "let's think about our dr, like our cr is the dr now" and right the time I imagined myself walking down the lobby and touching it, my body literally took a screenshottttttttt ahhhhhhhhh and I was hearing noises (I know it's not from outside) and all the lights and the images and I felt like the whole body couldn't stop vibrating and my heart rate went phuffff. I was so shocked that my thoughts gain consciousness and it was like "ok wtf wtf what do we do, do we open our eyes or what aaaa". Then I opened my eyes knowing that I'm still in my cr but shocked asf and my body was still vibrating for 3-4 seconds before I had my breath back.

i used this last night and i got really close!! after saying a bit of affirmations i fell asleep but i woke up abruptly and it felt like i was falling but also like i was leaving my body and i started seeing the face of someone from my dr and my breathing for faster. i started saying affirmations again but i opened my eyes cause i was a bit scared and it almost looked like my room had faded a bit so i closed them again but the feeling started to slowly go away. i’m definitely gonna try again with this because that’s the closest i’ve ever gotten

The amount of just “no” your voice said to gender is amazing. Mans was like “ayo voice. Having gender? Heck no. Get rid of that”. As an Agender person, I want a voice like yours. A voice that just rejects Gender.
Arg this made me so happy! suggestion from me, if you have a more feminine voice, imagine as though you're speaking from as low in your stomach as possible, this will masculinise it slightly, though you will still have to play with inflection and pitch to figure it out completely. If your voice is more masculine then you want, imagine as though you're speaking from the room of your mouth, which will feminise is slightly, though you will also still have to play around with inflection and pitch. :P :) I hope this helps

First time trying: It was working, my body went numb and I felt like I was shaking while she was counting to a 100, as soon as she hit a hundred I started sinking and seeing something, it felt real but seeing while having my eyes closed freaked me out and of course my dumb ass back out, trying again soon

I’ve been trying to shift since August of last year, I’m starting to doubt it and believe that shifting isn’t real all together, but one time I got super close I guess?? I don’t know where I was but it was like I was back here, like my mind was tricking me into believing I was chilling in my CR. When I had laid down to go to sleep in that place I was like “Wait..Something isn’t right.” And then I opened my eyes to see that my room was quite literally melting and shaking, it was so disorientating. I had gotten excited because I thought I was super close to shifting, so I got up and began to walk to my door and I opened it, but it was hard to walk cuz the floor was melting and it was hard to see, so I dropped to my hands and knees (I could feel my limbs sink into the floor) and began to chant “I will be shifting to my DR, I am at my DR.” And I didn’t shift, I ended up waking up super exhausted later, but I’m pretty sure I hadda walk out of my front door to finally shift (Not sure tho) and I haven’t had any experiences like that ever since (that I can’t remember at least). This is the guided meditation I used that night btdubbs
because this is the. meditation that worked for you, you could try using it again, however, if it. doesn't feel. right, it could've just been that your energy worked well with mine ad you could try some f my other videos. (I'm not trying to like boost my vides or anything,) I've just felt that if a video works for me very well, then generally the same creator's other stuff does too.
I've tried this 3 times now and fell asleep in the first 5 mins each time hoping to get further in then 5 mins this time 😂

I’ve tried a ton of methods but this one is the first time I have felt someone touch my face, I was kinda shocked from it but kept my cool somehow but a little after that I could feel the heat of a flash light on my eyes. These were the strongest symptoms I’ve had so far. Sadly 16 mins in my body felt so awake and now I can’t sit still, like I can run a marathon right now

i almost shifted with this last night!! it felt like i didn’t have a body (is that a symptom?) but i fell asleep during the counting on accident ): but i got SO CLOSE!! i used to try to shift a lot using the raven method and ppl told me that i had to not move a muscle which really threw me off because i have adhd and a tic disorder- but i’ve been trying to shift these past few nights and this got me the closest i’ve ever been (: ive only been trying to shift for three nights and i only used this once
moving is totallly a thing you can do :), If you want to turn it into something helpful, either you can imagine it's ur dr self moving, or, imagine that the current in the river is moving you.

Idk if you feel this is shifting, but i had awoken the next day after trying this, and i Felt detached and not wanting to move. I felt like i was in 2 places at once and i heard noises from both. And i felt like i was in different surroundings!

Um hi I'm back,, so I tried focusing more and shifting properly, but when I was under the water and affirming... I kinda felt suffocated, like I was actually under the water and couldn't breathe in or our or else I'd drown...
Like, I couldn't get myself to breathe until I forced myself to open my eyes and break meditation... Is this normal? Or is this a sign that this method isn't for me? Idk I just haven't seen anyone else talk about feeling like they're finna die so 💀💀💀😫😫🖐🏻
I'm sorry you got scared like that, but the fact you got so much out of this probably shows that you're close. The water is meant to represent your desired reality, so try to visualize that the water is more like a barrier to your desired reality that you're slowly calmly submersing yourself into rather than something that can hurt you.

Hello! I have a question I really want to shift and I wont give up. Ive only started trying to shift recently but I constantly try to shift at night and if I dont reach my dr then ill try during the day over and over many different methods right after each other, is that ok or should I just chill a bit? Because I rly wanna shift now and I believe I can but I can usually never fall asleep or I dont feel my surroundings or anything change when I do awake methods. Im kinda impatient so I just wanna keep trying over and over.
impatience is not the key! you have to as much patience as possible. taking a break when needed is completely okay, and is tbh better for you. having a calm mental state is what you need to be able to shift. obsessing make shifting 10x harder

oh my god. omgggggggggggggggggg wtf, I was so fricking closeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee omgggggg I'm so happy
ok so what happened was I took a nap and before that, I meditated for 10 mins (first time meditate before shifting) and like usual I chose a guided video and go to sleep, and still
wasn't shifting. I woke up and was half dreaming half awake like I still remember my dream. I checked the time, turned the video off and omg I kid you nottttttttttt ahhhhhhhhhhhhh.
I was about to go to sleep again dream more and I did, as I was dreaming my mind was a little bit awake so I said "fuck, this dream is bad" (because I was half awake and still wanna dream more so at that point I just created it on my own), so I said that and I thought "let's think about our dr, like our cr is the dr now" and right the time I imagined myself walking down the lobby and touching it, my body literally took a screenshottttttttt ahhhhhhhhh and I was hearing noises (I know it's not from outside) and all the lights and the images and I felt like the whole body couldn't stop vibrating and my heart rate went phuffff. I was so shocked that my thoughts gain consciousness and it was like "ok wtf wtf what do we do, do we open our eyes or what aaaa". Then I opened my eyes knowing that I'm still in my cr but shocked asf and my body was still vibrating for 3-4 seconds before I had my breath back.
