For Data Integrity validation ,For find Constraints we can use below query also
SELECT constraint_name, constraint_type, table_name
FROM user_constraints where table_name='EMPLOYEES';

Excellent! Do you think it's helpful to write the results of your testing to a control table? e.g. perform a duplicate check, a null check, a minus check and row counts. I feel that this could be helpful for scenarios where ETL jobs fail. Also the control tables can indicate where in the ETL process the job is, so that users are aware of when their data is ready for consumption.
