My husband has same problem but we are fortunate that we are in Canada and he had his surgery done 7 years ago and it's stable. But his little bit vision was gone before surgery. Otherwise his doing well. I would say go ahead but you have to know your surgeon very well. If you were having it done with our dr then i can grantee no problem. You'll have positive results. Good luck my girl.❤

I have also been suffering from KERATOCONUS from last so many years... C3R Surgery is not the permanent solution... As u said, 1st doctor is visited also told me to operate immediately for both the eyes, but thanks to my 2nd opinion as that doctor told me to go for Rigid Lens despite of C3R surgery... If you want to know about Lens, i can share my complete experience with you.... Always there for any help... Thankyou
